Bad day at the movies

"Okay... Thanks again... Bye!! That was the doctor," I was telling jake as I put my phone down, "I'm getting my casts off tomorrow... So then we have to go out for some fun!" Woo-hoo!!! I can get these casts off! Hurray!! I am super happy right now... And plus right now we are out of school and he is driving me home.

"So about tonight... Do you want to come to my house to watch movies? Since you can't really do anything else... I mean tomorrow you can but not tonight.." Jake was acting a little strange... Like he was avoiding a topic.

"Are you okay? Like is something wrong?" I was genuinely worried.. He was my first friend after all..

"I kinda forgot it was my little sisters birthday... And I have to celebrate it with her and I feel really bad about leaving you!" Aww that was so cute!! And I didn't know he had a sister... WelI did just meet him today..

"Don't worry about me!! I did just kinda say that so Anthony didn't force me out on a date." I admitted.

"Oh thank god!! (A.n. again- or gods depending on the religion.) I felt so worried you were gonna hate me!"

"Well that an exaggeration!! Ahah.. So you can drive me home and tomorrow I'm getting the casts of then we can go out! Sound good?"

"Totally!!" Good timing because we just pulled up to my house. So it turned out that I have an older brother named Justin, and an older half sister named Ashleigh.

For the rest of the day I just sat and watched tv... Lazy and boring I know, but what am I supposed to do?! I'm in a wheelchair for gods sake! Then around 9:00 I went to bed since I was so excited for tomorrow.

Hurray!!! Today is the day I finally get my casts off! Now I won't be in a wheelchair anymore. Though, Dr. Miller said that I still need to use crutches and leave class early, to avoid crowds, considering I haven't stood up, let alone walk, for two months!! It's still hard for me to believe I was asleep that long... I mean I know I like to sleep, but that long? Anyway I was on my way to the doctors right now.

"Isabella, you have to remember you will still have a difficult time walking for a little while.. So leave class the same time you did before, because now you will be walking very slow." He also said that I'm only using the crutches to ease into walking. Because apparently if I just started walking right out from a wheelchair it could cause damage... I stopped questioning after that. After the doctors I texted Jake and Alex. Alex responded first-

Me- out of the doctors! Finally.. Wanna meet up?

Alex- sure. Still in a wheelchair? And is jake coming?

Me- now crutches, he didnt respond yet, and pick me up in ten, my house. See ya then.

Alex- k. See ya.

"Hey Izzy, better without the wheelchair?" Justin asked when I got home.

"So better! It just is kinda straining on my arms considering i didn't use them for a few months." At least in the wheelchair I didn't do anything.. But I had to rely on others which I didn't like. I mean with Jake and Alex I was okay with it. But the first day, with Anthony, ugh, why do I even bring it up... It was awful. Jake responded a minute after I got home which was about five minutes after I said bye to Alex.

Me- out of the doctors! Finally! Lets meet up.

Jake- where and when? Congrats btw, no wheelchair.

Me- Alex is picking me up in 5, and don't know where yet.

Jake- when you find out text me.

Me- Kay! I'm also inviting Sophia.

Jake- ok

I just called Sophia. Too much texting plans...

"Hey, come to my house if you want to go somewhere with Alex, Jake and I. But get here soon, they are both on their way."

"Got it. Where are we going exactly?"

"Let's figure that out when we are all here."

"Okay! See ya soon!"

"Bye"

When Alex got here i told him to come inside and wait a few because Jake and Sophia were coming along with us. A minute later, Sophia came in, "heyy!!" She yelled. "Sophia! I could here you from outside!! Don't scream!! You're way too loud!!" And there came Jake.

"Well since we are all here, lets go," last minute decision! I choose... "To the movies!"

I got a chorus of three different answers but they all equalled out to 'okay'.

When we got to the movie theater we finally agreed on watching the hunger games. Actually we didn't all agree but I wanted too. It wasn't Jake or Alex's first choice but too bad, I won Rock Paper Scissors! And Sophia wanted to watch it too. Stinks for them.

We were at the part where the lights start to dim down in the theater when the worst thing possible, at least to me, could've happened....

"Did you come for our make-up date? Aww how sweet! I didn't even have to tell you it was here and now!" The voice! Why does he have to be here.. You probably guessed it.. Anthony.

"Go away! I'm with my friends... I don't have time.. Sorry! And not enough room here." It wasn't a lie... I was with my friends.. No time because I was gonna watch this movie, and the row was full. Though I probably would have said the same thing even if it wasn't true.

"If you stand up, let me sit you can sit on my lap" eww... And what's grosser is he winked... I literally shuddered watching it... But I think he thought it was a good thing... Not possible!

"Or you can walk away" Jake cut it... Nice! I love when the argue... It just is so funny to watch when it's the person you don't like and a good friend just kinda fighting with words... And your friend is winning! That's what this is like.

"I'm good! I can just snuggle up next to Isabella.."

"Oh no you won't!" I just had to interrupt, he was getting closer to me!!

"Get away from her! Can't you tell she doesn't like you?!?" Exactly! Listen to Jake for once!!

"Okay, how about we settle this.. Outside!" Isn't that just too cliche??

"Fine! Whatever. Your the one who will regret it" then Jake got up and left!! Alex and Sophia followed to watch the fight.. I finally got out there... Only to see blood.. And there was a lot!
