I walked out of the room and Liz looked at me worriedly, "I hope she going to be okay."
"So do I, I mean she is my stepmother and that's my step sister inside of her."
"Wait I thought she was your mother?"
"Uh no she isn't." I fake smiled
"Oh I'm sorry Alana." She smiled back
"It's fine, you didn't know."
"Wait wouldn't it be your Half sister, because of your dad."
"Uh he isn't my real dad either."
"Im sorry." She hugged me, I kind of stood awkwardly then hugged her back.
"If you want I can tell you the story on the way home. Just be prepared for water works" I laughed quietly.

We walked the rest of the way to the car silently, we eventually got to the car after what felt like centuries "you don't have to tell me Alana, it's fine take your time." She smiled reassuringly and rubbed my back, I smiled weakly back at her and walked around the car and got into the passenger side.

"Okay so Alana, is it fine with you if we quickly go to the shops?"

"Yeah that's fine, I have some money. I might buy a few things." I smiled, it's weird I can be upset one minute but a little thing can brighten my mood. Well most the time.
We drove for about 15 minutes then we reached the shops.

"Okay Alana, anything you like?"
"Uhh, could I get some blueberries, apples, orange juice, skittles and honey soy chips. I'll pay you back" I smiled, hoping she would say yes. I felt rude but I could pay her back.

"Yes that is fine Alana and you don't have to pay me back."
"I have to pay you back, it's rude if I don't."

"You seriously don't, your dad. Richard gave me money." She smiled, I'm happy she changed his name, I hate when everyone calls him my dad, like he is fine but he is nothing compared to my dad.

After 40 minutes of shopping we had bought enough food to feed 4 households. I was really happy and helped carry around 4 bags inside, Liz was carrying a few more than I was. I did offer to help.

She put some of the bags down when we reached the front door and got her key out, turning it until it clicked then she pushed the door open. "Hey boys I'm home." She said loudly beaming through the quiet home. I don't even think anyone was here.

"Hey mum." I hear a boy's voice yell as I heard footsteps coming down the stairs. Obviously I was wrong, I was listening as I followed Liz to the kitchen. I hear a seat get pulled out. I turn around and see Luke, he is really attractive wearing his 'you complete mess' shirt, he was biting his lip ring.
"Luke say hey to our guest, don't be rude."
"Hi Alana." He sounded cocky, rude and sarcastic.

I didn't realise I was staring at him till Liz said said something.
"Um sorry, what did you say." I turned around to face her
"I was just asking if you'd like to stay at ours till Richard and Cindy get back or you can stay at yours." She smiled, shutting the fridge
"Uhh I might just stay at mine." I smiled
"Do you want to stay for dinner?"
"No it's fine."
"Okay, do you want anything to eat or drink?"
"No thank you, I'm going to go home now. Thank you though. Bye" I smiled then walked out of the house and walked to mine.

I got the key from in the little secret compartment in the wall and unlocked the door, slipping it back into the hiding place. I walked up the stairs and into my room, I put my phone on my dock and played my music on shuffle, I still need to do my room. I slid my bed against the wall so it's in the centre well close enough, I put my desk on the other side of the wall and I put my guitar so it was leaning on the side of my desk. I put my white bedspread on my quilt and pillows, I also put my cute little cushions on to add a bit of colour. I then hang up my fairy lights and put vinyls and posters on the wall.

I just dusted off my hands and jumped on to bed and grabbing my phone that now sits on the bedside table as well as my lamp. I checked my phone for a little while realising I had got 1 new follower on Instagram, I know it's not that exciting but I don't really have many friends. Only like 8. I smiled when I saw luke_is_a_penguin. Im guessing it's Luke from next door and accept his request and follow him back.

I decide to go have a shower, I get startled when I walk out of the bathroom and jump a little as I see Luke sitting on my bed while I'm in my towel "can you get out." I say loudly, a little angry. I understand that he mightn't of known I was in the shower but still. "mum said you have to come over for dinner as she needs to help you discuss things for school, since she is your guardian at the moment." He hissed
"Okay thank you, I'll be over soon. You can either wait downstairs or go back to your house." I said pointing to the door holding my towel so it doesn't fall down. He just got up and walked out, making sure to shut the door with pressure.

I sigh and walk over to my closet, lucky I didn't just walk out naked like I'd do sometimes. I walk over to my closet and grab my blue washed skinny jeans with rips and my white halter, I put in my lipstik boots and brush my hair. I don't worry about makeup and walk downstairs, I see Luke sitting at the kitchen bench on his phone. Shit my phone. I quickly run back up the stairs and grab my phone from the bathroom and rush back downstairs. "Ready to go now." I say
