Jack didn't say a word. I didn't either. We're to busy looking back into each other's eyes. In one kiss I felt as though the world stopped spinning, like I was floating in space.
"Wow Mandy. I..."
"I'm just as shocked as you are" I said back softly as he moved the hair out of my face.
"Look Mans" Mans was jacks special nickname for me. Every time he said it I began to feel butterflies in my stomach. "There's a party tonight down by the lake house tonight, you should come."
"Can I please my friends with me?"
"Mhmm yeah sure. there's the bell" he kissed me on my cheek and ran away.
I had no time to think before I heard my name being screamed down by the front door. It was Jason and them.
"Hey guys uhm what's up" I said trying to hold back my nerves.
"Something happened." Said destiny laughing.
"What? No I'm fine. you're the ones acting all weird" said I as I dropped my books. "Great job Mandy" I said to myself.
"Okay don't tell us, but we'll find out Mandy, don't you worry" said Jason all detective like.
"Okay Jason you can stop now, that was weird" said Selena.
Destiny something stupid and we all started laughing. Finally I had time to think. Did Jack really kiss me? But if he didn't send that video who did?
Jacks POV
Mandy really kissed me back. Walking to my locker I saw her with that weird gay guy I always beat up. Today, for some reason, I couldn't. What were those girls names, Desireay and Seline? No, that wasn't it. "Oh whatever" I thought to myself.
"Hi Mandy, Jason, girls"
"Omg he's so hot" said Jason trying to whisper. Seline slapped him.
"Hey Mandy, did you tell your friends about the erh party tonight? By the lake house"
"Yeah, no, not yet uhm, Selena, Destiny, Jason, are you up for a party tonight?" Something was off with Mandy. Was our kiss still messing with her?
"Yeah we'll go" Selena answered for them.
"Cool. It starts at 9"
The second bell rang. As I watched Mandy's long blonde hair blow in the hair, something hit me in the back. Lisa.
"Why were you talking to them?!" She said enraged
"I invited them to the party tonight? Why do you care?"
"Look Jack you're acting real funny and I don't like it" Lisa was nervous.
"Lisa I'm late to trig. Bye."
I can't stand that bitch. All she does is complain. I should have told her that pimple on her nose was noticeable. Whatever.
Mandy POV
Lunch time finally. I'm starving. With my food in hand, I noticed something was off. Everyone was starring at me again. "Oh look here comes Lisa again" I heard Destiny say to Jason.
Lisa approached. Something was off about her, she was crying. Her eye makeup all smeared and black eyeliner around her eyes. What happened to her?
"What do you want Lisa?"
"You skank! You kissed my man! I'm going to beat the shit outta you!" Said Lisa screaming.
"Listen Lisa she didn't do anything she was with us all morning!" Said destiny
"You shut up, you midget bitch"
"Oh hell no. Where's my bat!" Destiny said.
"Destiny relax she's not worth it. Her bun is to tight" said Selena
"Really or are you just mad that I kicked your ass at try outs for captain?"
"Listen. I'm bilingual! I speak bitch too!" Said Selena.
"Look Mandy!" Said Lisa
Someone took a picture of the kiss me and Jack shared. Oh no.
Lisa smacked me. When I went for her hair, Jack grabbed me and lifted me away.
"YOU COME AND GET HER?! YOURE MY BOYFRIEND!" Lisa screamed
Who was doing this to me? Why me? Why Jack?
"Mandy? are you okay?" Jack said worried.
"I'm fine" I lied. I felt like crap.
"Lisa will be fine" Jack said
I couldn't control my tears.
"Mandy please believe me I had nothing to do with this! But believe me when I tell you! I will find out!" Jack was enraged. He had nothing to do with this. I believed him. Lisa texted me.
*"im sorry for hitting you. But I will get my revenge. Believe me. FYI I didn't send that video."*
I didn't answer her. I couldn't. I didn't know what to do anymore....
