I was fourteen...fourteen years old when I decided to leave my horrible parents and live on my own. Yes, that's a young age...but does it matter? When you're left to live in the barn with no one to take care of you and the only thing to eat is hay...it kinda means I started living on my own at the age of three, now doesn't it?
I've been searching for years for a place to live. I go from friends house to friends house. The last person I lived with was the Dixon family. Daryl Dixon...Merle Dixon...Will Dixon...and Dakota Dixon, my best friend. Yes, she was a few years younger than me. But we are very close. She was only eleven when she decided to move out like me. We looked for a good place, but all the foster homes were horrible...parents and guardians took over and made it worse then before! So what did we do? We made our own.
It took a while...Now, age of Seventeen and Dakota Fourteen, we did it. Of course, with help of good friends.
Leslie and Levi Chota...twins that came in from England to get away from their abusive fathers, Tyler and Kyle. Who are now fifteen. Samuel Rooney and Clyde Smith. Sam, Mr. Perfect, a fifteen year old kid that never did anything wrong...and Clyde, a ten year old who was adopted by Sam when he was found with no parents and a missing brother, and also happens to be a genius, smarter than Stephan Hawking. The Pixels...Vanessa, Brett and Violet. V and Brett were twins, now Fifteen, with a little sister, Violet who is thirteen. They also came from England...not to get away from anyone but cause they were sent away. And finally, Mavis Valentine. A girl who we met by walking into an alley way and Brett getting his watch stolen. She came back to return it after being offered a chance to have a real home and a real family.
So that's how we started. Just a few kids, in need of a place to stay. But now...we introduce our friends from other homes...
