Like everything on the Upper East Side high school graduation is done a little differently. Who needs pomp and circumstance when you have paparazzi?

"Ever since Gossip Girl broke my arrest, it's everywhere. Do you know Eric found it in Pravda?". Serena questioned as she sat at a restaurant table alongside Blair, Ophelia and Carrington. "S, you're famous because you got arrested. Accept your new destiny." The heiress laughed, tilting her head towards a nearby table where a duo of young teens were watching with envy-filled eyes. "Of course this happened to you." Blair joined in, laughing in disbelief as the blonde continued to hide her embarrassment. "I just can't wait for this day to be over. End of high school is the end of me on 'Gossip Girl'."

"I may have come out from her grips mostly unscathed but how positive are you that she'll just drop you when we graduate?". Carrington questioned, wondering how the inner workings of their high school nemesis went on. "Ugh don't remind me of that possibility. I'll be happy being off Gossip Girl's radar for the rest of my life." Ophelia confessed, thinking back on the amount of drama and fights the anonymous blog had created in the last few years alone. "She has plagued S more than anyone. You were her first blast. Ninth grade if I remember correctly? it involved a white dress; some rain and a recently docked aircraft carrier." Blair reminisced with a small smile on her face, the blast at the time had created such a huge argument among the friend group and yet now it was so miniscule.

Serena waved her hand as though she were trying to rid her mind of the memory before she spoke again. "Let's just hope my mug shot is the last thing she ever prints about me." "On the bright side, Gossip Girl does not report on college, so this is your last day to be under her rule." Blair encouraged, trying to cheer her best friend up the best way she knew how. "Can you take my mind off of me? Talk about anything."

"Did he say it like, 'I love her'?". Carrington pushed, wanting to catch up on any other drama she may have missed. "Anything but--". Serena tried to dismiss but Blair took over instead, suggesting multiple different ways the words may have left Chuck's mouth. "I totally set myself up for that one." The blonde admitted whilst the rest of the group laughed in agreement. "I don't know why you're all acting like this is new information. You know how Chuck feels."

"The problem isn't his feelings; it's his inability to express them to the right person. Who cares who he tells if he doesn't tell me?". Blair counteracted, enjoying the news that Chuck had recently admitted to the blonde but still battling with whether or not she should act on them. "B, be real with us. You know better than anyone that you and Chuck are it, why don't you just embrace it already?". Ophelia questioned, wondering why her cousin was still so determined to put a wall between herself and the boy she loved.

With a grunt of frustration Blair raised her hands in defeat. "Why are we still here? We already paid the bill." The Waldorf tried to deflect, taking the menu from Serena's hands and placing it down on the table. "Ready to face the fans?". Ophelia teased as all four girls stood up and grabbed ahold of their bags. The second they neared the glass front door paparazzi flashes began going off in their eyes. "Serena! Excuse me, Serena. This way!".
