I Promise (A Yeinkook Fanfic) [On Hiatus]

Jungkook didn't pay attention to class at all. He keeps thinking if Yein is angry to him. He keeps blaming himself for being to worried and keep asking her when she definitely told him that she's ok. He takes glances at her every now and then but she's always looking at the board or taking notes being the usual studious girl she is. He was hoping that she felt sorry for what she did, raising her voice. But when he notice she doesn't even pays attention to him like usual his hope starts to vanish slowly. Feeling that she's truly mad at him and having no regrets about it. He sigh and growls quitely feeling so frustrated at that moment

The recess bell rings and the class starts to get empty as the kids quickly walk to the cafetaria to get lunch. Yein is tidying her stuffs and putting it in her bag neatly and arranged. Jungkook is looking at her every single move until he suddenly couldn't take it anymore. He needs to apologize right away. He walks to her as she still putting her book in her bag, her back facing him. Jungkook hesitantly extends his hand trying to tap her. He never thought he could be hesitant to touch his girlfriend but that is just what happens now. As his hand reaches closer to her back, she suddenly turns around making him startles and widens his eyes for a second. Her face is a poker one. He couldn't read what she was thinking or feeling at that moment. He furrowed his eyebrows trying to read her facial expression and automatically moving closer to her face

"Yah Kookie! What are you doing?" She said as she pushes the boy away. Jungkook's hesitant and worried feeling fades away in instant. All the thoughts of her hating him dissapears right away. His straight lips curves into a smile and it gets wider every second. That one word reassures him that she's not mad at him. The words that reminds him that she loves him. Kookie. He immediately steps closer and wraps his arms around her waist pulling her into an embrace. Yein is a bit startles and surprised at his sudden affection. She tries to think the reason behind it but nothing came in mind

"Y-yah.. What is this for?" She asks still dumbfounded at the situation. He tightens the hug for a quick before pulling away from her. He puts his hands on both side of her arm and looks at her eyes seriously

"I thought you were mad at me! But when you said kookie i'm sure you're not.." He explains to her. She's still confuse why would she be mad at him. But then it clicked her. She raised her tone at him a while ago. Maybe that's why he thinks that she's mad at him. She made a subtle smile and pinches his cheek leaving him in a confuse state

"Why would I be mad at you Kookie? Is it because I raised my tone before?" She asks confirming her thought. He nods slightly pouting cutely at her

"Aigoo.. I'm sorry.. I didn't mean to.. I was just slightly caught of guard because you ask me the same question twice.. But I really didn't mean to raise my voice.." She explains feeling a bit guilty at what she did. He pulls her into a hug once again feeling more relief that before

"Don't be sorry Yein-ah.. I was just worried about my girlfriend being hurt.. I'm sorry for making you annoyed.." He said in a sincere tone making Yein lips automatically curves into a smile. She hugs back feeling his warmth around her when suddenly a voice once again interupts them from the door

"Yah! Stop it! I'm hungry!" Jimin's voice is clearly heared from the door. They break the hug and looks at him sending him a sinistral glare

"What? We're waiting for you guys so we can eat! Aren't we nice?" Jimin asks before walking out of the room leaving them both

"He's right.. I'm hungry too.." Yein said rubbing her tummy cutely. Jungkook couldn't help but smile at her cuteness. They finally walk out to the cafetaria seeing their friends already waiting on their table

"Yah hurry! We're starving!" Myung eun complains telling them to walk faster. They give them an apologetic smile as they sit on the chair. Their friends already brings their food not wanting to wait longer if they take their food after they arrive in the cafetaria. They start to dig into their food like hungry hyenas that haven't eat in 3 days

Jungkook notice that Yein has a bit of mayo on the tip of her lips. He smirks as he thinks of another idea on making her blush. He wipes his thumb on the spot making her looks at him. He then licks his thumb and taking his kimbap like nothing happens. As plan, Yein's cheeks creeps red as she still looks at her boyfriend with wide eyes

"Euw guys! Could you stop being lovey dovey for a second?" Namjoon said annoyed as he chews his food looking at them in disgust

"Yeah.. Wait.. I think i'm gonna puke.." Suga said and acts like he's actually puking. They laugh at how stupid Suga looks at that moment. They continue eating and get back to class when the bell rings. Back to usual Yein and Jungkook keeps taking glances at each other or mouthing to each other making a short conversation
