In episode 4 something supernatural occurred again, 2 moons. I as well as a lot of others believe that this is showing 2 time periods colliding into 1. When first arriving at the "End of the World" Vortex Club party, Warren asks to get a picture with Max with the double moons behind them. Since in the previous episode Max found out she could travel back through time using pictures, maybe she'll be able to use that picture of her and Warren to save herself & Chloe from going to the Junkyard and being caught by Mr Jefferson.
Although I'm not sure because since the very start of the game, Chloe was supposed to die. Max saved her by altering time, there is a couple other occasions in the next 4 episodes where Chloe is supposed to die, but once again Max saves her. I'm pretty sure Chloe's just destined to die one way or another, and while Max keeps on saving her she is altering time so much. I believe that is why the tornado keeps growing stronger, with all this madness about Max fixing events that were supposed to happen, the world doesn't know what to do with itself, therefore a tornado keeps growing stronger. We will find out in the last episode, what will happen with the tornado, if the scene at the very start was a vision of Max's.
