Chapter 34

~Valerie~

" Every each day you take to collect one million pounds, I would 'kidnap' 2 of your little friends. Didn't I tell you that?" He asked, sounding as if he was enjoying what he was doing...Alot.

" No! You didn't say anything about KIDNAPPING my friends!" I yelled.

" Well, now you know!! Since you have to come get your friends, bring the money in cash. I'll send you the address and meet me there. Do not call the police. Rememeber, I have your friends with me. " he said sharply.

He hung up.

" Kidnapping? Did I hear kidnapping?" Harry asked.

" Yes. He took Niall and Jessica. " I replied in shock.

Harry's eyes widened.

" We got to call the polic-" Harry said but I cut him off.

" No. Sean said not to. And its the best we listen. Jessica and Niall is with him. "

" Oh then lets go now. What are we waiting for?" Harry panicked.

" Do we inform the other boys?" I asked.

" Yes. I'll drive, you call them, make sure they don't tell anyone else about it. Especially management. " Harry said.

I unlocked my phone and saw the address Sean sent. Isn't that my home address?

" Harry. He is at home. Meet him there." I mumbled in shock. Who would kidnap someone and leave them at their house.

I snapped out of my daze a few seconds later and dialled Liam's number.

Val: " Hey Li. * Hears shouting on the other line* "

Li: " Hey Val- Boys, stop running around! "

Val: " Li, I have something important to tell you. Do you mind going to somewhere quieter?"

Li: " Yea sure. * Background quietens* yes?"

Val: " Well. I'm not sure if Danielle told you about my step father calling me to threaten for money-"

Li: " Yes, she told me. "

Val: "Well. So I told Harry about it yesterday. so we decided to transfer the money to him today. And guess what, this morning I called Sean, my stepfather, to ask him for his bank account number and he told me he 'kidnapped' Jessica and Niall because we took a day to gather the money

Li: " WHAT!?"

Val : " I know Li, I am so worried right now. " A tear slid down my cheeks.

Li: " So what are going to do now?"

Val: " Harry and I are going to pass the money to Sean and at the same time, 'saving' Jessica and Niall. "

Li: " At where?"

Val: "My use-to-be house. "

Li: " Alright. I'll bring the rest of the boys along and I'll call Pau-"

Val: " No, Li, don't call Paul or the management. Sean said not to call the police. And if you tell management, they're bound to call the police, and Jessica and Niall is with Sean. I don't want to take the risk."

Li: " Ok I understand. No wonder Niall didn't answer his call today. Ok, I'll bring the rest of the boys. See you there. "

Val: " Do you know the address?"

Li: " Yes, Harry told me"

Val: " Ok, see you. " I replied sternly and hung up.

I was still in shock. I never expect Sean would go as far as kidnapping.

" Val, you alright?" Harry asked.

" Yes..."I mumbled.

" You can tell me your problems. You can trust me. You know you can. " He comforted.

" Its just... I feel that all these problems are all because of me. If I didn't exist, Niall and Jessica would be happily living their life now. If I didn't exist, I wouldn't be a burden in your life right now. And I know im just a useless piece of rubbish and I'm just a waste of spac- " I said but got cut off by Harry.

" Valerie. Please stop. It's not all your fault. And you are not rubbish or a waste of space! My life lit up 20 times because you barged into my life. I am always happy nowadays because I wake up every morning to see your face, lying beside me and I know, if I'm down, you would be there for me. I've always felt unloved, because I thought people liked me and are my friends because I am Harry Styles of One Direction, but ever since you came into my life, I learnt that I was truly loved, by you, as just normal Harry becuase you were a fan, and then, you assured and SHOWED me that I was not just loved around the world as a member of One Direction, but just Harry. I have to thank YOU. I heard from Claire that you stopped her from cutting and self harm. You motivated her to move on in life and you were there to support her. I heard from Jessica that she was anorexic. And you, helped her through those times. You told hee to stay strong. Do yu think you are a waste of space on this Earth? And the kidnapping, it is not entirely your fault at all!! " Harry finished his 'speech'.

" Thank you Harry. I love you." I said and started crying. He assured me and made me secure. I should be the one thanking him.

##About 20minutes later##

" We're here" Harry said, in a low voice.

I called Liam and he said he'd reach in 2minutes. We stood outside the house, waiting for them.

About 3 minutes later, Niall's car pulled over in front of us but Louis was driving.

" Let's go in, shall we?" I said, trying to lighten the mood.

They all nodded sadly.

I pressed the doorbell and I heard footsteps behind the door and immediately, the door swung open to reveal Sean.

" Hey Valerie, how are you? Come in come in. " Sean said, pretending to welcome us.

" Sean, don't waste my time. Bring Niall and Jessica out, I'll give you the money, and we're done. " I snapped.

" Hey, so unfriendly. Come in, see your mum. She misses you alot!!" he said with a oh-so-fake freindly smile.

My mum.

I slowly walked in. The boys following behind me. However, I heard the door slam. I turned and saw that I was stood face to face with Sean, who was towering over me...
