15: What's Green?

Eve POV

After leaving Mark's I went home and chilled the rest of the day until I went to sleep.

My alarm woke me up at 6:30 Monday morning. I took a shower and washed my hair. Today was a lazy day again, so my outfit was joggers and a tan v-neck with my vans. I put my hair in a pony tail and went natural for my make-up.

It was now 7:05 I went downstair and ate a banana and grabbed my water before going back upstairs. After washing my face and brushing my teeth it was now 7:45 giving me 15 minutes to spare before leaving.

I gathered my things and left for school. When I got there I met up with Lou who was talking to some guy. I waited until he walkled away and made my way to Lou.

"Hey Lou, who was that?" I greeted and asked taking a seat next to her on the bench.
"Oh he's Tyler he's in my Trig class." She said getting flushed.
"I see someone has a crush already." I said teasing. She didn't say anything but fiddled with her hands.
"Omg you do have a crush on him! Louise Marie Johnson you have to tell me about it later." I told her with seriousness in my voice.
Lou just giggled and said okay. The bell rang so we made our way to our classes.

I made it to my class and took my normal seat. Not long after students filled in before the tardy bell. Noah made his way to the sea next to me, but I put my bag in the seat before he could sit.
"Evelyn please move your bag so Mr. Griffin can sit down." Our teacher said before starting the lecture.

I moved my bag and Noah sat down getting comfortable. While the teacher was talking Noah was on his phone the whole time. I looked over towards him and saw a text that read:
Unknown~ You bringing the green?
N~ Yeah meet me at 75th street at 12:30
He turned his phone off and cleared his throat.
"Nosy much?" He whispered.
"It's hard to concentrate when you're constantly on your phone." I whispered back defending myself. He just chuckled and turned to the teacher.
"So what's green?" I asked.
He tensed up and said. "Don't worry about it."
I left it alone and focused back on the teacher.

Lunch time rolled around and I went and sat at our table. I wasn't hungry so I didn't get anything. Everyone sat except Mark who was sitting with his guy friends. Small conversations were going around until I finally asked what does bringing the green mean. Megan one of this girls we sit with said it was weed and everyone pretty much agreed.
"I gotta go I'll see you guys later." I said rushing out the cafeteria to my car. Sean texted me but I didn't answer.
I drove to 75th street and saw Noah's truck and a black beat up pick up truck. I waited until the pick up truck left and got out of my car.
"Noah!" I yelled to get his attention. He turned around confused.
"Evelyn, what are you doing here???" he asked with worry in his voice.
"I could ask the same thing. Are you selling drugs?" I ignored his question.
"Eve you shouldn't have come here it's not safe go home." He demanded. I wasn't going leave him out here.
"Exactly I'll leave when you leave Noah." I said standing my ground.
"Eve please Just go back to school you don't need to be here." Noah pleaded with nothing but worry in his eyes. He really cared about me.

I was brought out of my thoughts by another mans voice.
"Griffin who is this?" A much older asked.
"Some bitch that won'teave me the hell alone." He said cold and harsh.
I was hurt by this words tears were brimming in my eyes.
"You need to leave or you'll get hurt little girl." The man said threatening me.
I didn't hesitate I got into my car and left speeding down the street.
