"Behave, and please don't enter the tournament, I'll worry too much," my father said as I walked up the first couple of stairs to the train that would soon take me to Beauxbatons.

"Alright, I'll enter," I joked, waving goodbye to him and walking onto the train, which was decorated in a baby blue, white, and gold, also known as the Beauxbatons school colors. I walked to the third carriage, where my friends Fleur, Claire, and Amelie were sitting and walked in, closing the door behind me.

"Hey Britta!" Fleur chirped, standing up and hugging me softly.

"Hello," I answered, sitting down on the baby blue colored couch across from them all.

"Are you excited for tonight?" Amelie asked, her smile wide across her face.

"Of course I am!" I cheered, smiling just as wide. Beauxbatons had been chosen to compete in the annual Triwizard Tournament that was being held at Hogwarts this year. I had gone to Hogwarts all the way through my third year, but my father, Remus Lupin, had pulled me out after all of the controversy with the Sorcerer's Stone and transferred me to Beauxbatons. I was one of the twelve girls selected to get the chance to compete, along with Fleur, Amelie, and Claire, being selected on both our age and grades. The age limitation had been moved up a year, so now, a competitor could be as young as sixteen, the age I am now.

"I'm quite excited to see some of my old friends," I added, digging through my carry on bag to find my uniform, my shoes, and my hat.

"Any cute ones?" Claire asked, wiggling her eyebrows at me. I rolled my eyes, laughing and shaking my head as I walked into the bathroom that was attached to out carriage so that I could change. I slid off my normal clothes, replacing it with my long sleeve, baby blue dress that was made with the most comfortable satin ever invented. The dress had small buttons up the bodice and had darker blue trim along the cuffs of the sleeves and on the collar around my neck. I buttoned my capelet, also baby blue and made of satin, in the middle of my collar and slid on my shoes, which were baby blue and black Oxford looking shoes that had a two and a half, maybe three inch heel on them. Lastly, I snapped my fingers, instantly straightening my blonde hair, which I pulled back into a low ponytail, placing my hat on top of my head so that it was a bit tilted to the side. I refreshed my makeup a little bit so that it made my blue eyes pop before I walked back into the carriage and sat down on the couch.

"Now girls, pleeze behave yourselves. We do not want to embarrass ze school, no? Britta, remember, when we walk into ze Great Hall, you stay behind muah, yes?" Madam Maxine asked as we all exited the carriage we had arrived at Hogwarts in. We had landed quite roughly on the large courtyard outside of the Great Hall and were currently walking in a straight line towards the Great Hall, where all of the Hogwarts students were already gathered. The other eleven girls were in front of Madam Maxine in a sort of formation, so that they could do their little dance, and I was behind Madam Maxine, since I was the student with the highest grades throughout the school.

We were all gathered behind the closed doors of the Great Hall, waiting eagerly for Professor Dumbledore to introduce our school so that we could enter. I was taking a few shaky breaths as the doors opened, watching as the group of girls in front of Madam Maxine began their walk down the main aisle. I had been instructed to walk down only after Madam Maxine had gotten about half way down the center aisle, so I did, my heels clicking and clacking against the the stone floors of the tile. I heard a boy from the Slytherin table on the far left whistle at me, like a cat call, so I snapped my fingers behind my back, giving him a wedgie. I let a small smile onto my face when I heard him groan as I continued up the aisle, keeping my eyes on the back of Madame Maxine's head.
