The Doctor's POV

We landed back on the planet below where Amy had decided we should celebrate with all of the people and have our campfire. They made the fire but I just stayed in the TARDIS alone. I felt lost without Anya. I was now officially the last Time Lord. "You joining us?" Amy asked poking her head into the TARDIS. "Yeah." I mumbled. Amy was being kind as always but I felt depressed. I didn't move though so she came to me and put my hand in hers. "Come on raggedy man. Try and get over it. She never would have wanted you to be like this." She made me smile again. Oh Amy Pond, the girl who waited, making me smile all the time. What would I do without her?

Amy and Rory had set up the fire with logs as seats and had sticks to put the marshmallows on the end. I sat between them with my stick just poking them with it instead of putting my marshmallow on the end. Amy was glad to see me happy. She was right, again, about Anya wanting me to be happy still.

The night went on and I was recovering. We had our marshmallows, danced and celebrated with the people but by midnight everyone went back to their homes but the Ponds and I stayed by our fire and built our camp like we had planned. I didn't forget about how I wanted Anya to be there. We had so much fun together and with Amy and Rory that day and I couldn't forget all of our adventures. But I had to get over her because she was never returning.

Anya's POV

I opened my eyes and I wasn't in the ship anymore. I was somewhere familiar, Cardiff near to Torchwood. I looked around at my surroundings. But it was impossible. Then I thought. I accidently pressed a button before the ship exploded and it must have read my mind because I thought of all the places me and the Doctor had been in the past few weeks.

I sat on a bench near to the water feature and just quietly sobbed. The Doctor didn't know where I was and I didn't know where he was. I turned when a hand was firmly placed on my shoulder that made me turn around to see Jack. "What are you doing here? Where's the Doctor?" He asked.
"I don't know." I answered. He came in front of me and hugged me tight then took me back to Torchwood.

"Why are you here?" Jack asked as he sat me down at his desk with some tea.

"We were on this Cyberman ship and I sacrificed myself to save the Doctor and our friends Amy and Rory by giving them time to get to the TARDIS while I set the self destruct. Somehow I must have pressed a teleport button because I landed here." I explained.

"I'll try and get hold of the Doctor tomorrow. You need rest."

"Okay."

"I know it will be slightly uncomfortable but you can sleep on the sofa downstairs. I'll get you some blankets and pillows."

Jack was right, I was slightly uncomfortable but at least I had somewhere to sleep other than the streets. But I couldn't sleep and I was sad. Not a good day. I felt lost without the Doctor. I felt safe and happy around him like I did before I made him forget me. Now I just felt strange.
