Hope~

The wind ran through my hair as I silently paced the forest. I avoided every leaf, and every twig on my way to my next mission. Soon the tall mansion came into view. A smile made its way onto my face, as my steps quickened, and the air around me seemed to speed up. In a matter of seconds, I was atop the building. Keeping my crouching stance, I glanced inside an open window. A tall woman was now fast asleep, holding the prized emerald captive around her neck.

So the head supervisor handed the case over to me. Mainly because he knew I'd get it done, and fast.

I stopped as my legs felt the soft material of the bed. I put my hands around her and slowly unclipped the small gold chain. I pulled one end out from under her hair and stared at the other end. I heard a small sigh and the woman began to turn over. I panicked a bit and immediately laid on the carpet, my stomach pressing against the floor. I watched as she slid the necklace off, and set it on the nightstand next to her.

I smirked, this just made my job a hell of a lot easier...
