Ava's PoV
I looked to see the boy that I just saw with his hands covering my both."your coming with me " he said pulling towards a black van. He put me and the van and I screamed but no one heard me." Why are you doing this?" I said crying trying to unlock the door."you and me are going somewhere quite he said before sitting in the drivers seat. This is it. He is gonna rape or murder you if you do t get out I said to myself thinking of a way to distract. I looked at my bag and remembered my dad had given me pepper spray before I left for newyork. I quickly got it out and separated it in his eyes before unlocking the doors and jumping out. I ran across the street and saw that he was getting out of the car. I panicked and ran in the direction of some boy walking my way. Maybe he could help me."please help me" I screamed running closer to the boy. I got close enough to see who it was.....it was Nick! Just before I could say anything I heard a crack and that's all I could remember.
I woke up in a dark bedroom. Was I kidnapped by that man again? I got up and opened the curtains. I looked around to see no one there. My head was banging and suddenly all the memories came flooding back from the night before . I was in nicks bedroom, he must of saved me. I heard footsteps come up to the door. I ran back to the bed and pretended to be asleep."ava are you awake?" Nick asked sitting on the bed ."ugh yeah....thanks for saving me" I said giving a small smile."no problem " he said giving me painkillers."I'm sorry" I said looking at Nick."it's okay....I'm sorry too. He said giving me a hug."do you want to go eat food tomorrow?" He said ."sure" I said getting up to leave ." Could you drop me home?" I asked a bit embarrassed. He nodded before walking me to his car . The whole ride home was silent. I was still a little shaken after what happened last night. But I'm so happy Nick saved me .
