When I got home I had a bath and just stayed on the laptop listening to music, tweeting a few things to mates back home, looking at notifications on facebook and after that I played football with Eli, who I beat 5-4, close match. All in all the day went quickly, so right now I’m in my room in my pj’s trying to get to sleep. I might see Rick again, I mean he does go to Mullen and he’s in the same year as me so there are some chances, oh who am I kidding. Finally about half an hour later thinking about my trips back in England, I fell asleep.
I woke up to hear the sound of Maroon 5 One More Night, Urghh. God why did I even have this as a wakeup call? I switched it off and headed to the bathroom; I looked at the mirror and saw my hair was sticking out in all different directions, I took a quick shower. Once I was done I came out with a towel around me, holding the towel tightly I headed to my cupboard trying to look for something to wear, I decided on a light blue denim shirt, black skinny jeans and light blue vans. I looked at the time and luckily I still had half an hour to go, fewh. Now onto my hair, I blow dried it, then straightened it, I don’t know what I would do without my straighteners! I put on some eyeliner and mascara, nothing else. I grabbed my black and white vans messenger bag and slung it over my right shoulder. Fifteen minutes left, dad’s gonna have to take me so I won’t be late. I went into the kitchen got out a glass and went to the fridge for some orange juice and I grabbed an apple. Mum was taking Eliotte, who was sitting at the table eating pancakes; Kate was having some juice like me but with 2 pancakes. There was some left even though mum and dad took some pancakes but I didn’t want any.
“Elliott, your mum’s going to take you and I’m taking the girls,” dad announced, great. Kate would talk but it would be really weird when she stopped. We all nodded and I headed back upstairs since I forgot a few things, like my purse, phone, headphones and keys. We really needed key hangers in the house downstairs, 4 of us had them; I think dad’s going to pick Eli up after school and I’ll be going home with Kate, just for a few days until she knows her way. I’ve actually got really good memory so thankfully for the jog yesterday I know my way! I ran downstairs with everything in my bag and got outside to see my dad and Kate in front of the Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG. I hopped in the front and we were on our way.
“You girls going to be alright?” dad asked, he always did before our first day,
“Yupp, we’ve done this enough times, right Kate?” I said looking at her.
“Yeah, this is going to be easy.” Me and Kate get along really well; we were now in front of the school.
“Bye dad,” Kate and I chorused, before getting out, I turned my phone on vibrant; I know I wouldn’t get any texts but still might as well.
“Ummm, excuse me we’re new and we need to get our timetable,” I said at the office,
“Wait one minute, it’s the Morris sisters right?” the lay looked in her mid-thirties and wore glasses, with dirty blonde hair, we just nodded in reply.
“Crawford, come here,” she called out, your joking right, Rick probably has a brother.
“Yes Mrs Drew,” he replied, or maybe not. I still never turned around and kept looking straight at the office,
“Can you show Danielle Morris around, she’s starting today,” she asked,
“Yeah but I need a slip for the day,” he said with a smirk, great I was his excuse for lateness, I just rolled my eyes which Mrs Drew happened to do as well. She wrote a note for him and passed it over,
“I’m going to get you a student that’s going to be in your year to show your around, Katelyn,” she said towards my sister.
“I’ll see you after school, wait here for me yeah,” I said turning towards my sister, she just nodded before we headed off.
