Mikoto Misaka was seen reading quietly in the library killing some time. The library was huge enough to believe that it belongs to the prestigious Tokiwadai Middle School. The selection of books were wide enough to do research or just to finish summer homework.
"Oh, Misaka-san" Mitsuko Kongou, a daughter of the aviation company, Kongou Aviation Industry, bumped into Mikoto while trying to navigate through the library.
"Oh, Hi! Kongou-san, Awatsuki-san, Wannai-san!"
"What are you doing here?" asked Mitsuko as she and her friends were carrying a pile of books. "It must be for your homework isn't it?"
"Just killing some time. I've done my homework already."
"Of...of course I could finish mine in half a day if I wanted to," tilting her head with a bit of blush, Mitsuko sure don't want to lose. Mikoto just gave a smile as she was already used to her reaction.
"Well then, we'll have our leave." The three of them left out of sight. Before a certain person barged into her sight.
"Misaka-san~" A blonde girl with big bust and white leggings attempted to bring Mikoto's attention to her.
"No talking in the library." Mikoto tried to shut her up. She had a feeling of disgust about the blonde girl.
"Oh, c'mon. You had quite a lively talk just now. Or rather, you don't want to talk with me?"
"My, I wonder what is this?" She picked up Mikoto's pink bag which was beside her.
"Don't touch other people's stuff!" Mikoto seized her bag which was taken by the blonde girl; reclaiming her bag. "Don't you people know manners?!"
"How scary!" Two arms brought together, the girl made a frightened look, although it was sure made up. "Could it be a present for someone?"
"Are you trying to pick a fight?" Mikoto gave an angry look. The girl smirked before giving a reply.
"Of course not." Her hands slowly sliding into her handbag. "A one-on-one battle would be too difficult. Besides..." A remote was taken out of her bag before clicking a certain button. That button brought Mikoto's head backwards as a result of a great force trying to break through her electromagnetic barrier. "...my interference don't work on you." As she turned around walking slightly further away from Mikoto.
"Your electro barrier is such a drag." She commented on how her powers can't reach Mikoto is a limitation she couldn't surpass.
That went on Mikoto's nerve as she rose from her seat. "You little...." That shocked the whole library.
The other student's turned around to find two of the strongest espers having a fight.
"Isn't that The Queen?"
"Aren't those Misaka-sama and Shokuhou-sama?"
"What are they doing?"
Those are the reaction given by the students around the library. Of course who wouldn't be surprise to hear an exclamation in a library and found out two Level 5s fighting each other in a place where it's supposed to be quiet.
"Of course, a one-on-one battle would be too difficult," raising the same remote, she pressed a button and everyone in the library stood up, facing Mikoto. "...But if you had to battle all these Tokiwadai girls alone, I think It'd be a bit challenging"
Silence...
"Just kidding." As she undo her powers from everyone. Some girls were confused as for why did they stand up.
"Your ability is as disgusting as usual. I don't care if you're the strongest psychic, Mental Out, Misaki Shokuhou."
"You needn't give me that scary look. Consider this as a warning. You've been making far too many friends as of recently. If you start to move into my territory, I have no choice but to deal with you." Then a silence cut those two's conversation.
