I woke up. I did what I normally did. I got dressed, had my breakfast, brushed my teeth, then did my hair. I went to mark off my calender when I saw that today was the first day of summer. That meant no school. Every year sombody from our school has to throw a big wild party on the first day of summer. The school picks some random person and they have to do it. This year I was chosen which means I better start getting ready now.
Later that day...
I went shopping to get some stuff like, new speakers, a punch bowl, food, pop, chips, so all the normal party stuff. I made the basement light up with flashing lights and I put streamers and balloons all around the house. I went through my closet and found the sexiest dress I could find. I wore a strapless sweet heart neck line black dress that just barely passes my butt.
That night...
When everybody got here we all filled the house but mostly the basement because that's where the real party was. The basement was huge so the party was mostly able to fit down there. Every body at the party was mostly 17 or 18. My parents are out of town so this was great. No really popular people are hear yet but all the other people are. At first I danced for a while, then I had 2 or 3 beers and now I'm just kinda talking to my friends. Everybody looked over as all the popular kids walked in. As they danced like there lives depended on it, I could not help but stare at Liam. The hottest guy in school. At one point he looked at me and smiled. At first I could not beleive it because he never notices me, but it really happened.
Later on...
It's about 10:00 now and I decided to poor myself some punch. As I did so, a guy came over and offered to help me with it. He poored a glass for me then a glass for himself. He handed me my punch and asked me if this was my party. I looked up and saw that it was liam. I could not beleive it. He was actually talking to me.
Me: yes, it is.
Liam: well, you really know how to throw a party.
Me: Thanks.
Liam: I'm liam, btw.
I whispered oh ik hoping he would not hear me then I shook his hand and introduced myself.
Me: I'm nicole
I can't believe I'm shaking his hand.
Liam: I like that name.
He smiled at me as he said that. Omg I can't beleive he likes my
name.
Me: thanks my parents came up with it, Well really my dad did.
Omg did I really just say that? Great now he thinks I'm a total weirdo.
Liam: yah...
Me: sorry, idk where that came from, you must think I'm a total weirdo now.
He starts laughing and then he smiles at me. Omg I can't believe this is happening. Best night ever. I really hope I don't blow this.
