Not Another Twilight Story 1

Nicole was nervous and scared as she pushed the doors open towards the hall. As soon as she did, people were everywhere. Leaning on the lockers, running around trying to get to their classes, chit-chatting loudly in groups, just people everywhere! Luckily, her best friend, Julian, caught her arm before she lost her way around. ‘What took you so long?' he asked.

'I dunno' she said, shrugging her shoulders.’we have science class in like 3 minutes. Let’s go, you don't wanna be late to your first class in your new school, do you?' he said while leading her to one of the classrooms.

The class was half-full with a teacher in the front said after writing notes on the whiteboard "ah...you must be the new student Jullian was talking about. Why don't you introduce yourself to the class?" the teacher said with a sweet smile. Nicole gripped onto her books as Julian took a seat in the back, saving a seat for her. "Umm...hi guys, I’m Nicole Anthony...uhh...I just moved from Finland last week...so, any question?" she sighed, hoping never to do that ever again.

"Are those my grandma's clothes? oh wait she has a better sense of style than you" A blonde girl said. The class laughed embarrassing her. A handsome looking guy with dark brown hair and sharp piercing blue eyes shook his head. "I doubt that she snores as loud as you do when you sleep in class, Natalie," The class bursted out with laughter, leaving students rolling oon the ground, gasping for air. "All right, all right," The teacher giggled. "Let's settle down now. Thank you Nicole, for the introduction. You can take a seat now." Nicole walked past the girl known as 'Natalie" to see was red as a fire truck.

"Im'n so proud of you" Jullian said, giving her thumbs up. She settled down in the chair and table next to him "thanks," she said, smiling. The school bell rang later and the students ran out of the classroom like there's no tomorrow. Nicole thanked the teacher before leaving the classroom with Jullian. “c’mon man, the food is waaaayyyy better that your old school's food" Jullian said while he rub his stomach. "Hold on... i need to go to ha ladies room. Where is it?" he pointed to the nearest bathroom and then pointed to the cafeteria, "I'll save you a spot ok, so, hurry up". She nodded before running to the toilet.

 She pushed the door open to an empty bathroom. She rushed to the mirror to see if her fangs came out. She just got changed a year ago by her foster father, Luke Anthony, a former vampire trainer who raised her since the moment her real parents abandoned her in the dark street. buried under snow and left her almost dying. As he held her in his hands he thought to himself, "How could your parents abandon you like this?"

She went out of the toilet and then a figure was blocking her way. It was Natalie. Nicole tried to avoid her and wanting to go to the cafeteria but she suddenly snapped”How could you do it, how could you embarrass me like that??!! In front of everybody?" she said furiously. "I didn’t embarrass you, some guy did, and you shamed me first."Natalie bowled her hands into fist before trying to punch Nicole. But before she could, a guy grabbed her hand , stopping her from hurting Nicole. Nicole looked up to see the handsome hunk from the classroom earlier.
