Chapter 6: Aliens Or Some Shiz

I've been spelling Bandanna wrong this entire time ._.

2020 edit (5 years later): Bandanna still looks wrong. Bandana seems right even if spellcheck is disagreeing.

"Hellooo?" Kirby called as he walked into the ship. "Kirby, have you ever heard of a thing called 'knocking'?" Meta Knight mumbled. "Not a good first impression, you know."

Kirby ignored him, and continued looking around the ship. Then, he found someone! Magolor, the four later learned his name was. "OMG AN ALIEN!!" Kirby screamed, still holding the cake that he'd won from King Dedede.

"MY CAKE!" Magolor demanded, snatching the cake out of Kirby's hands. Kirby whined in protest as Magolor devoured the cake.

"WHAAAAT WHERE?!" Dedede asked, running into the room Kirby and Magolor were in. When he saw Magolor, he screamed, "YOU WERE RIGHT, KIRBY! ALIEEEEN!!"

"METAAAAA!" Kirby screamed, running out of the room and looking for his mentor. He found Meta Knight in a side room, studying the computer screens. Bandanna Dee was there, too. He was practicing using his spear, occasionally pretending to stab Meta Knight while his back was turned.

"Yes, Kirby?" Meta Knight asked without turning around. Kirby didn't reply right away; he was busy watching Bandanna Dee pretend to stab Meta Knight's backside. Kirby took a step closer to Bandanna Dee, who hadn't seemed to notice him yet. Then, just as he took another pretend stab at Meta Knight, Kirby shoved him into Meta, so that his spear stabbed the Knight for real.

"Kir-" Meta Knight began, used to scolding Kirby, but then looked surprised when he discovered the culprit to be Bandanna Dee. "Bandanna Dee?!"

"I-I'm sorry!" Bandanna Dee stammered. "I didn't mean to stab you, I swear! I was only pretending to!"

Meta Knight took out his sword, stabbed Bandanna Dee's side, then put it away and turned to Kirby. "Anyway, what do you need, Kirby?"

"THERE'S A CREEPY ALIEN THINGY THAT'S CREEPILY FLOATING WITH CREEPY YELLOW EYES IN THE OTHER CREEPY ROOM OF THIS CREEPY SPACESHIP!!" Kirby screamed. "Yellow eyes, you say?" Meta Knight huffed. "That faker! There's only one person on Popstar that has yellow eyes, and that's me! I'll show him!" He ran into the other room to confront Magolor.

"That really hurt, too," Bandanna Dee remarked as he rubbed his side where Meta Knight had stabbed him. "Meh." Kirby shrugged, then followed Meta Knight.

King Dedede was in the corner of the room, staring at Magolor and Meta Knight with wide eyes. Meta Knight was in front of Dedede, glaring up at Magolor. Kirby and Bandana Dee walked in the hear part of what Meta Knight was saying. "...I am the only one on Popstar that has yellow eyes! Not you! Me! You got that?! So I suggest that you either leave Popstar, or get your eye color changed!"

"I don't think that's possible--" Magolor began, only to be cut off by Meta Knight. "Don't interrupt me! If you don't want to change your eye color, then leave this planet!"

"That's not possible either, since my ship is--" Magolor tried to explain, only to be cut off by Meta Knight again. "I said don't interrupt me!! If your ship is broken, then hitch a ride from someone! There are plenty of people on this planet that are easily able to get into space, including myself! So I suggest that you..."

"Is there a way you can make him stop..?" Magolor whispered to Kirby as Meta Knight continued to rant. "I'll try," Kirby said. He was still for a moment, then, imitated the loud screech of a bird.

Meta Knight instantly shut up, and began looking frantically around. "No, no!" He gasped, mostly to himself. "It can't be! Dyna Blade?! No! No!" He curled into a shivering ball, right there on the floor of Magolor's space ship. Everyone stared at him for a while, until Magolor spoke. "Anyway, I am Magolor. I am from the planet...uhhh...Hubaluh Dubaluh...Halcandra! Yeah..."

"Never heard of it," Kirby said. "What?" Bandanna Dee asked, confused. "There's other planets?" Dedede asked. "There's Floria, Aquarius, Skyhigh, Hotbeat, Cavius, Mekkai, and Halfmoon," Meta Knight informed him. Everyone looked at him. He was no longer curled up in a ball on the floor, and was now sitting on one of the control panels.

"Dude!" Kirby exclaimed. "Don't sit on that! You're gonna set something off!"

"It's fine," Magolor assured Kirby. "My ship's broken, so even if he does set something off, it won't be anything major."

"If you say so..." Kirby trailed off, looking at Meta Knight.

"How do you know so much about space?" King Dedede asked, looking over at Meta Knight. "I've read about the planets in our solar system," Meta Knight explained. "I have also been to all these planets. Kirby has, too. As for the planet that Magolor claims to be from..." He turned his gaze to Magolor. "I can't say that I've heard of it."

"WHY HAVE NONE OF YOU LOW-LIVES HEARD OF HUBALUH DUBALUH HALCANDRA?!" Magolor screamed. Then, he cleared his throat and awkwardly apologized. "Er... Sorry. Anyway, my ship crashed, and you weirdos need to find the parts I lost."

"I'll help!" Kirby said. "Me too!" Bandanna Dee added. "Ooh! Ooh! Me three!" King Dedede added. "Is that a request or an order?" Meta Knight scoffed.

"Good." Magolor nodded. "I'll be here when you guys get them all. Good lu--"

Self-destruct initiated.

Everyone turned to look at Meta Knight as an alarm began blaring, bringing a blinking red light with it. "Uhm... Oops," Meta Knight said as he shifted slightly from where he was still sitting on the control panel.

"Run, you idiots!" Magolor screamed as he dashed, well, floated out the spaceship. Kirby, Bandanna Dee, King Dedede, and eventually Meta Knight ran after him. The five watched as Magolor's ship exploded, leaving a big, flaming crater behind.

"Satisfied with yourself, Meta?" Kirby asked, glaring at Meta Knight. "It was an accident." Meta Knight shrugged. Magolor sighed loudly, facepalming. "Just go get the ship parts. And you--" He turned to Meta Knight. "--You owe me 12,000 dollars."
