Jacky had gone and once again I was lying on the sofa with Ronnie whilst Jake played on his iPod - no doubt either on Fruit Ninja or reading articles about Falling In Reverse - not like he needed to when his father was Ronnie Radke. All of a sudden he looked from his phone, to Ronnie, then back to his phone.

"Jakey?" He looked up at me as I spoke to him. "What are you looking at your dad like that for?" Ronnie raised an eyebrow at me.

"I was reading that Ronnie had recently been arrested for domestic violence... But he hasn't." Jake and Ronnie both started laughing.

"Don't you just love the bullshit in the media?" Ronnie stated.

I decided to do something funny. I got Jacky to send me the photo he took earlier and took to twitter:

As if people think Ronnie was done for domestic violence... Does this look like domestic violence to you?

Just as I posted it Jake looked across to me and started laughing, before Ronnie did the same a couple of seconds later. We sat laughing for a while until I checked the time and realised that it was time for Jake to go to bed. It was weird, this was the first and only time that it would be his actual mother and father that were putting Jake to bed, not just me and Ronnie - and it was amazing.

I kissed Jake on the top of the head before Ronnie proceeded to tuck both him and his zebra teddy into bed, and kissing Jake on the top of the head himself. On the way back out, Ronnie turned off the light before shutting the door behind him. I knew by the way he looked at me that I was obviously grinning. I didn't care that I was though, it made me so happy that I had a little family going on, with my amazing son, and a guy as good as Ronnie.

"So then," Ronnie looked at me as he spoke. "What do you fancy doing now?"

"I have no idea," I shrugged, which made him roll his eyes. "I've told you before Ronald, keep rolling your eyes and they'll get stuck in the back of your head." He retaliated with a stupid face before producing his box of cigarettes from his pocket.

"Smoke?" I nodded and we went downstairs and sat out in the garden together.

The last few weeks had been perfect, even with the slight ups and downs. I was amazed that I had even managed to get Jake to meet them, never mind ending up on tour with them and having Ronnie take over as Jake's dad, which I knew he would be happy about for the rest of his life. I mean, I was pretty sure that even if Ronnie and I didn't work out, he would still be there for Jake.

"Jade? Are you OK?" I looked at Ronnie and nodded.

"I'm fine, I think I'm just tired that's all." It was true, I could feel my eyes closing.

"We can go to bed after this if you want?" I nodded before dropping my cigarette on the floor.

I stood up, quickly followed by Ronnie, and headed to the kitchen where I made myself a cup of tea, and Ronnie a coffee before we headed upstairs - presumably to watch shitty TV and then go to bed.

I changed into one of Ronnie's shirts, whilst he just stripped down to his boxers as per, before we both got into bed and Ronnie put the TV on. I checked my phone and sighed before Ronnie looked at me and raised his eyebrow.

"Something's up with you tonight. Tell me." I sighed but stayed quiet. "I swear Jade, you need to tell me when things bother you so I can help you."

"But Ronnie, you wont forgive me if I tell you." He looked at me, shock and concern across his face.

"What? Have you cheated on me or something?" I shook my head. "Then what is it? I promise I won't be mad." I took a deep breath.

"Ron keeps texting me like 24/7, and it's starting to get weird and creepy..." I handed my phone to Ronnie. "You can look if you want."

Ronnie flicked through the messages, incredibly shocked. Ron had continually messaged me asking me to see him alone, and saying how I'd benefit from being with a better guy than Ronnie, but obviously hinting at himself. I saw the rage begin to bubble in Ronnie - and I wasn't surprised. I know I wouldn't be happy if I had a band and one of the members was trying to get with my boyfriend.

"You need to text him. Say I've gone out, or left you, or something that will get him here - because I need to speak with him immediately." I nodded and started to type the message.

Hey Ron, can you come over? Ronnie's gone off on one, threatened me and Jake and then he's left me. Just need a friend :(

Within seconds I had a response.

What an asshole, I can't say I didn't expect him to behave like this but damn... I'll be over straight away x

I then handed my phone to Ronnie as he pulled his clothes back on and eagerly waited in the hall, whilst I went off into Jake's room - where he was still awake and watching some of Ronnie's silly instagram videos. He looked at me and raised an eyebrow (a trait he had gotten from spending too much time with Ronnie and Jacky) before patting the bed for me to sit beside him.

"Momma? Why did daddy sound angry?" I sighed.

"Look Jakey, it's a very serious grown up thing, but don't worry because he isn't upset with me or you - but there may be some shouting soon so if you want I can take you to Uncle Jacky's?" Jake nodded and I quickly rang Jacky off of the landline since Ronnie had my phone.

"Yo Ronnie," I rolled my eyes.

"It's not Ronnie you dork, it's Jade. I need you to do me a massive favour."

"Go on then," he sounded intrigued at me asking.

"I need you to look after Jake. Ronnie's on the rampage after Ron, and it's going to kick off here so I need you to come get him for me. I'll love you forever."

"Sure, just bring him out the back and I'll come get him. Since I only live a few streets away I can't really say no."

I quickly packed a bag for Jakey before taking him downstairs where he said bye to Ronnie, before being taken out the back to meet Jacky. I gave Jake a massive hug before seeing his happy little face vanish round the corner, practically skipping with Jacky.
