Afterlife
It is a thing we all think about.
It does matter.
Whether a person is famous, wealthy, unloved, or religious they have to answer this ultimate question.
Maybe they won't in this life.
But they will find the answer in the next.
You might be a person reading this who does not believe in a Creator.
That there is no life after you die.
That we are all here just by a chance.
But there is a God.
I want you for a minute to think about all the different types of designers in this world.
The architect who designs the skyscraper as tall as a mountain.
The tailor whose designs are so intricate on the cloth he repairs.
And the artists whose paintings seem as though the people in the pictures are full of life themselves.
THERE IS A GOD.
The creation of these things did not happen by chance.
And since God created all things He has a divine right to govern all things.
He has given us rules, like any good governor would, to protect us and to establish a system of wellbeing for humanity.
Many call this code the LAW.
Here is God's brief summary of it.
1.YOU SHALL NOT HAVE ANY OTHER "gods" BEFORE ME.
(False gods, wealth, sports, or anything that comes before Him.)
2. YOU SHALL NOT MAKE ANY GRAVEN IMAGES OR BOW YOURSELF DOWN TO ONE. (Images of Mary, the saints, false gods, or the false, faulted catholic image of Jesus.)
Because we do not know what Jesus looked like we cannot make a valid image of Him.
3. YOU ARE NOT TO USE HIS NAME IN VAIN. (Asking Him to curse someone because you are angry with them, treating His name lightly in speech, even using words such as: oh my goodness, jee wiz, and jimmy cricket are offensive to Him.)
