"Would you look at that, my son has grown up to be a fine young man."
"Time does fly, doesn't it honey, now our son is getting married."
"Oh my, congratulations! Your worries are finally over."

[Adrian's POV]
This is the worst day of my life. You might say I'm crazy but it's true. I never wanted to get married. It had never even crossed my mind before. But look where life takes you.
"Are you ready? The ceremony is about to start."
"Yeah, I'll be right out."
I stared at myself in the mirror, I was wearing an expensive tuxedo with a black bow tie, and my hair was neatly combed back. This was it. Once I walked out of this dressing room, my life was going to go downhill, and there's no stopping it.
"Well, here goes nothing." I walked out of the dressing room and headed inside the banquet hall. The hall was filled with people all staring at me as I nervously walked up to stand in front of the priest. I waited anxiously, staring at the door waiting for it to open. My life ends when that door opens.
There were lights flashing everywhere, people were taking pictures and talking amongst themselves. Then the music started.
"W...will you go out with me...?"
Face flushing, hair blowing in the wind, light green eyes, she was perfect.
Too bad this was all just a plan.
"Aw, how cute dear, what's your answer?"
"Mom... can you please leave us alone?"
"Sure, sure. I'll leave you two alone." She said sarcastically.
We went upstairs into my room.
"That was perfect!"
"Really? I knew I was a good actress!" she said, flipping her hair and reaching out to hug me.
"Now now, remember the contract."
She scoffed and turned around. "Where is it?"
"Where is what?" I asked stupidly. I knew exactly what she was talking about.
"The contract, stupid! Don't tell me you lost It." she yelled.
"Calm down, it's in my drawer." I said, pointing at the drawer attached to my desk.
She opened the drawer and took the paper out. "I haven't really had the chance to edit this ya know."
"Edit? Why? Its fine the way it is." I said, grabbing the paper out of her hands.
"You jerk, just let me see It." she said, grabbing the paper back.
"Hmm. Let's see. Dating contract... terms...number 3, there will be no physical contact." She said skimming the contract. "That's a stupid rule. Who's going to believe we're dating if we don't kiss?"
"You don't need physical contact to be in a relationship." I said.
"Fine, if you want to get caught, be my guest."
"Hey, I'm just avoiding unnecessary conflict."
"Conflict my ass. You just don't want to go on blind dates." She smirked. She knew me too well...
