Becca's POV

I can't believe my favorite band is standing right in front of me, along with an attractive fella I don't know, and a bunch of girls I don't know either. I also can't believe my best friend is Ross's girlfriend, and lastly I can't believe that I am in the Lynch residence being introduced to everybody.

"Hey Becca, I'm Riker," Riker smiled, waving to me. I gave him a wave back and a small smile.

"I'm Rocky," Rocky said putting out a hand for me to shake, I gladly shook it, and smiled.

"Hi! Im Rydel, and I can already tell we are going to be the best of friends!" Rydel said giving me a hug. I hugged her back with a big smile.

I'll finally have friends, after 5 years of having me, myself and I as my best friend. My best friends Austin and Amy moved to Australia when I was 11 because their dad got a new job, and I only see them one week a year when they come home for Christmas.

"I'm Ellington or Ratliff, you can call me by either or E-Rat, it doesn't matter!" He said smiling. I laughed, and shifted my gaze to Ryland.

"Hola Becca, mi Ryland" He said trying to act Spanish. I laughed.

"Encantada de conocerte Ryland" I responded. That's about the only thing I remember how to say after taking four years of Spanish.

"RyRy," Ash whispered, "I think Becca's Spanish is better than yours."

He flipped her off and gave her a little push on the arm. We tried to hold in our laughter, but we just couldn't. Within seconds all of us bursted out laughing.

After everyone calmed down Ash said, "Last but not least, this is Jake, Callie, who is Rocky's girlfriend, -"

"We're not dating!" Callie and Rocky shouted out the same time.

"Not yet, but you will. Anyways, this is Danielle, call her Danni, and Ella, Riker's girlfriend," She finished pointing at a girl who looked slightly Italian, with a tan complexion, and dark hair.

They all exchanged their hello's to me, except for Jake who just kind of kept quiet and stared at me. I looked at him, before turning my attention back to Stormie who said dinner was done.

"Oh, I don't mean to intrude on your dinner, I'll call my mom to come pick me up!" I quickly said, heading towards the door.

"Oh, don't worry about it sweetie, there is tons of food, and I'm we'd all like some time to get to know you better," Stormie gushed, taking off her apron, and beckoning towards all the food.

"Oh alright, as long as everyone wants me to stay," I said gazing at all of the people I just met. Everybody nodded, so it looks like I'm staying for a yummy dinner.

I followed everyone out to the patio, since there wasn't enough chairs for everyone inside. I sat in between Ash and Jake, and I know thanks to a particular dark haired boy, this meal was going to be very awkward. But look on the bright side! We're having delicious looking beef roast and mashed potatoes for dinner!

Ash's POV

"Mama L, I still feel just as tired as I did the other day, can I skip school today?" I asked trudging down the stairs. My voice sounded like I just swallowed a pack of sand paper.

"You look and sound terrible, no offense honey. But go back upstairs and get some rest, I'll have Ross bring your homework home, and I'll schedule you a doctors appointment. Also, I'll make some chicken soup, hopefully it'll help your voice sound better," She said. This is why I love Stormie, she's always so caring and considerate.
