But He's Like My BOTHER!!!!!!

This is my first story to write. Be Nice....just in case it sucks....ha.. seriously

Chapter 1 : Finding Baby

"James, Liz and I are going on our annual a hunt, please tend to Prince William till we return"

"Of course sir" James replied

King Daniel smiled knowing his son would be completely safe in the care of his loyal friend and Butler of many years.

"Very well then we will be back in a day or two." King Daniel mumbled while staring into the beautiful gray eyes of his lovely wife.

"Well off with you then, I have a two year old to tend to." James said with excitement in his voice. He was overjoyed knowing he would spend the next two days spoiling his god son rotten.

5 HOURS LATER..........

King Daniel's P.O.V.

"Daniel do you hear that" Liz asked me through our mind link.

"Yes dear it's probably a feline."

"No Daniel listen." Liz demanded.

Coming to a halt I heard the faint cry of an infant child. Turning to my left I saw a flicker of excitement in my wife's eyes but before I could utter a word, she was off heading towards the cries of the child. I followed her to our favorite stream in the middle of the woods.

"Daniel she's beautiful" It was only a whisper but I could already hear the love in her voice.

"Liz, put it back where you got it from!"

"No"

"Yes"

"Why, I want to keep her."

"Liz, we can't."

"Well, why not."

"Why? Are you asking me why?! She is nothing but a human, we are vampires and we don't collect humans, we feed on them. That thing is our prey Elizabeth and we are its predator."

"Daniel just look at her, please."

Looking at the hope in her eyes, sadden me. How can't she understand that we can not keep a human.

"Daniel just look" Liz demanded once again with such a fierce tone that it made me quiver; it was obvious that I had no other choice but to obey. Stepping forwards I hesitantly grabbed the weeping baby, as soon as I put her little body in my arms, and looked into eyes, she smiled. It was a beautiful smile that made her hazel green eyes sparkle and my heart melt.

"So what do you say, can we keep her." Without looking I knew she had a victorious grin plastered on her face.

"If we do her life will always be in danger. How can we keep her from harm?"

"Are you not the great King Daniel-Lewis Le Blanc? Are you telling me that the almighty king for two centuries can't keep a mere human safe?"

"I can not guarantee you her safety but I can guarantee you that I will do all that I can to protect her for the rest of my life."

"Great, that's all that I ask, now stop making googaly eyes so that we can take her home."

"I am not making googaly eyes. I just can't believe she not scared. It's in their nature to fear us, even at a young age such as this she should be screaming at the top of her lungs. I'm staring at her with admiration for her courage; she's going to make a magnificent Le Blanc."

"Of course she will, now come alone I'm sure she's starving."
