Chapter 27

Louis, Harry and I were sitting and watching tv, waiting for Liam, Zayn and Niall, who still hadn't returned home.

"I think I'm gonna call Liam.." Harry said breaking the silence.

"Yeah, I think you sh-" I stopped as the front door opened letting in the three boys and Nikki. Wait, who was that girl and why was she clinging to Niall so much?

"You guys made up?" Zayn asked as soon as he entered and saw us holding hands as we both nodded. I knew that he'd been worried about us but I didn't think we were all he was thinking about.

"Yep! And I'm sorry for being a dick, Zayn. But I just couldn't bear seeing her close to someone else.." Louis said with an apologetic face, giving me a kiss on the cheek as Niall looked away. Why was he behaving this way? He'd got his own girlfriend to look at. What was I saying? She wasn't his girlfriend! She was just a friend.. Maybe..

"It's alright, Louis. I understand!" Zayn replied giving a kiss on Nikki's cheek as Harry let out a snort.

"Anyway where were you boys? We were so worried!" I said as I saw the unknown figure a little more closely. It was a girl and not just any girl, it was one of the prettiest girls I'd ever seen.

"Sorry, Kiara, we went out grocery shopping and weirdly enough Niall ran into one of his old friends.. Diane, if I'm not wrong?" Liam motioned towards the pretty girl as she nodded, giving Harry and Louis a sweet smile whilst glaring at me. Whoa! What'd I do?

"And then we went to get some coffee and got caught up talking.." Zayn said smiling at Niall.

"Hi, boys. I'm Diane as Liam said. I'm an old friend of Niall's, we were in school together.." She said linking arms with Niall. A little too touchy-feely, isn't she?

"Hey." We all said together shaking hands with her one-by-one.

"I'm Kiara, nice to meet you." I said whilst shaking her hand. Oh, I hated her already.
