I woke up Saturday morning at 8am with only one thing in my mind. It was finally today! I had been waiting for months ever since the announcement was released. SHINee was coming to London! When I heard of them coming I immediately screamed so loud my parents came rushing into my room at midnight.
"Y/n?! Is everything okay?!" my mother yelled scared something happened to me.
I nodded quickly while sobbing.
They look confused and came to stand next to me where I sat on my bed.
"Honey what's wrong? Why are you crying?" my dad asked placing a hand on my shoulder.
I tried speaking clearly.
"Sh- SHINee they're...co-coming to Lo-LONDON!" I screamed still in shock and wanting to go so bad to the concert.
"Oh honey that's great and we remembered. But did you have to wake us up at 3am?" my mother said giggling a bit.
They smiled at eachother and me before getting up and leaving the room. I ignored their gesture and went back to searching up things online about where they'd stay, for how long, what songs there'd sing. I was so ready.
Now it was finally today and it would be the day I got to see the one and only SHINee. My parents got me passes to go to their meet and greet after the concert. I had bought presents for each member. The only difference though was that I wrote a speech I wanted to read to the one member whom I had fallen in love with.
He was the one member who I felt I vould relate to. The one member who I felt I connected with the most. His personality more than the way he look made me fall in love instantly. His name was Kim Kibum. His stage name though was Key. I perferred to refer to him as Kibum though. I knew I had to tell him everything I was feeling if we ever met and that day was finally here. I would be able to or atleast try to read him my letter. I planned on just handing him the letter if I ended up not being able to speak when I went to meet him.
I got up from my bed after laying there talking to my friends in the group chat we made. We were all big SHINee fans, but we all lived in different parts of the world. They knew I was going to go to the concert today and were really excited for me. I promised I would record everything even the meeting if I didn't shake so much.
I was in the bathroom preparing myself to take a nice hot shower. My mother was taking me out to breakfast this morning in celebration for the concert. All I could do was just squeal and giggle over the idea of being able to go to the concert and touch hands with the 5 men who meant so much to me.
After the shower I got dressed and did my hair. I decided to just wave it and leave it that way for the concert as well so it would save me time. I wore an oversized white Asking Alexandra t-shirt with the sleeves cut off and tucked inyo tight black jeans and I wore black vans. Walking down the stairs and to the living room my mother sat on the couch reading a book as she waited for me. She must have heard my steps because she slowly lifted her head from the novel and looked at me with a smile.
"Ready sweetie?" she asked getting up and adjusting her glasses.
I nodded with a grin and we left the house.
During breakfast we spoke about normal things like how I was preparing to enter school again next month and trying to find a job soon. Finally she brought up something I genuinely wanted to converse about.
