You broke me: Awkward
I woke up from my nap. I raised up and looked at my pillow and saw black mascara marks from me crying so hard. I grabbed my phone and saw I had a text from Derick.
Big brother<3: "Want to go to dinner with Austin, me , and Mea? At 8?"
Me: "sure."
I didn't want to seem to excited so I just put "sure"
I looked at the clock and saw that it read 6:30. It takes me a bit to get ready because I love to take my time. Anyway, I know Mea and I know she picked a "fancy" place to eat. Rich bitch. I walked my closet and stood there looking at all the cloths I own. I only have two dresses that would look "good" for dinner. I ran my fingers through my hair thinking of which one to choose. I finally chose my pink and black dress. I laid it on my bed. I walked over to the bathroom and turned on the shower and waited for it to heat up. I put my phone on the iPod dock and started playing "Never growing up by Avril lavien" I love that song! I hopped in the shower did my thang and got out. I rapped myself in my fluffy blue towel and combed my hair out. I started to blow dry my hair I looked at the clock it read 7:02.
Okay I got time to finish. I did my makeup. Some mascara, eyeliner, and Lip gloss. I put on my dress and my black heels. I looked in the mirror feeling very pleased with my job. I heard my phone ring so I ran over to it.
"Hey Derick," I said softly. "Hey umm Mea is busy with family stuff so Its just gonna be Me you and Austin," he said sounding unsure. "That's cool, I'm umm ready if you wanted to come pick me up," I said hopefully. "Sorry can't, with Austin," he said sadly. "That's okay I'll walk," I said a little annoyed. "Okay well, see you soon then," he said calmly. "See you soon then," I said softly then hung up. I grabbed my clutch and put my phone in the and some cash. I wrote a note telling my mom where I was going. I started walking toward my destination. Who says destination. I need help. Anyway I just can't get over how Derick would just blow me off like that. I mean I still can't get over the fact that he is dating someone.
Derick said we were eating at Kobe. I saw Derick's car outside so I decided to go in. I was greeted by a Japanese lady who was in the front. "Welcome, how many?" she asked grabbing a menu. "Umm I'm with," I looked around to see if I could find Austin and Derick, and sure enough I saw them hugging all up on each other. "I'm with them," I said pointing at Austin and Derick. "This way," she lead. "Cute couple huh?" she asked with a wink as she lead me to their table. I cough a bit. "Uh y-yeah," I said as I got to the table. "Drink?" she asked as I sat down. "Sweet tea no lemon," I said smiling. "On it's way," she said as she left.
"Hey Grace," Austin said rolling his eyes. "Austin don't be like that," Derick said looking at Austin kinda pissed. "Sorry, it's just-" he was cut off by Derick. "I know but just don't," he said sternly. "sorry," Austin said acting innocent. "So what's up?" I asked trying to sound like I was "happy" to be here. "Nothing new really," Derick said taking a sip of his drink. The lady walked over to our table an gave me my drink I said thank you as she walked off. "That's sounds fun," I said looking around. "So Grace, What do you do for fun?" Austin asked. "Umm just I play the guitar and sing and stuff," I said fake smiling. "She's going to be famous one day," Derick said winking at me. I blushed a bit an looked down. "Well when you become famous, help me meet beyonce," Austin said laughing. "Will do," I said giggling. Why am I here?! An hell to the no I aint helping him meet beyonce !
We talked for about an hour and ate are food, it was an okay time. We finished everything and started getting up to leave. "Well that was some good food," I said breaking the ice a bit. "Yeah it was," Derick said smiling. "I'm going to the car," Austin said walking out but stopping. "But first," he said turning around. He gave Derick a kiss on the l-li-lips.
That was it. I was done. Done with Derick done with everything. I didnt say a word I just left. I heard Derick call after me I didn't care. I walked outside, Shit! It was raining. I honestly didn't care I just wanted to get the hell out of there. "Grace wait!" I heard Derick calling. My dress was already wet and my hair was soaked and my makeup was ruined I didn't care at all. "What?!" I said turning around angry. "Why did you leave?" Derick said acting like I left for "no" reason. "I dont know maybe the guy I love kissed someone in front of me!" I yelled. He stood there and looked at me. "You-you love me?" he asked caught off guard. "Yes Derick I do-" I started but was curt off by Dericks lips meeting mine. I know I should have fought it but I've wanted his touch for too long. Are lips moved in sync. It was the perfect moment until; Austin saw it.
"The he'll?!" he yelled. We broke up I stepped back from Derick. I looked at Derick who looked guilty. "It was me! I umm kissed him," I said looking down. I looked up at Derick who looked relived. "You kissed my fucking boyfriend?!" Austin said getting closer to me. I started to back up but relized I was backed up to a car. I was scared he was going to hit me, I looked over to Derick who was just frozen. "You do that again, I'll fucking kill you bitch," Austin said in a whisper. Derick didn't hear him. Austin backed away from him an walked over to Derick. I was frozen in my step. Derick ran up to me asking if I was okay. "I'm f-fine," I said shaking. "You didn't have to do that," he said looking down at me. "No I did, cause if I didn't you would have lost him," I said sadly. "What if I loose you?" he said sadly. "You won't," I said putting my hand on his cheek but pulling it back quickly as I saw Austin give me the bitch face. "I got t-to go," I said walking away.
I ran home.
I can't stand to see Derick with someone who's not me! I just can't fake this anymore. I'm done.
