When they look in the mirror, they smile and laugh
When I look in the mirror, I see a hideous monster.
Every inch, every calorie, why must I live like this?
But I don't need food anyway, my thoughts keep me going.
I weep, they laugh and point
And hang me by the measuring tape.
Every flaw, every scar, when will I be perfect?
But in such a world, perfection may cost you your life.
And as the blood flows and drips onto the floor, only then
Will I be perfect.
