Chained To You

Chapter 6: school?

Hey guys A note to start with I am really happy about people reading my books and I can never thank you enough. Anyway on to the story...

Josh walked into the bedroom once we had had tea. He looked over at me as I was trying to find my pj's. I grabbed them and walked back to the bathroom. As I reached the bathroom I closed the door behind me and started getting changed. I thought about what was about to happen. I was going to sleep in my owners house. This felt weird but somewhat safer than my old home. I am somewhat glad I was sold to such a nice person.  If I was sold to a diff rent person I may never have been this happy. I am sad that I won't see my mum or brothers again. As annoying as they were I did still love them. They are still my family. 

I brushed my teeth and walked upstairs. I walked into the bedroom to find josh laying on the bed in a male tank top and pj bottoms. I lifted the covers and got into bed. Josh got up to switch the light off and shut the door. Once the light was off I felt Josh get into bed. I lay there trying not to fall asleep until Josh was asleep. As soon as I heard snoring coming from the body next to me I relaxed. I rolled over and slowly closed my eyes. I thought about if I was at home. I would have been beaten and grounded or locked in my room by now. I liked this freedom I had but I do miss my home. I suddenly felt myself fall into the dark which is called sleep. 

I stirred and rolled over to look at the clock.4:36am. I have slept for that long without waking up once. wow! I rolled onto my back and looked over as josh turned toward where I was laying. He was still asleep and so I didn't freak out when he placed his arm on my chest. I was still tired so made myself sleepy before drifting back to sleep. I dreamed about my day and what would have happened if it was the opposite. I would prob be sleeping in a dogs bed or chained to something. I imagined me being beaten everyday and night. I would hate that. I feel sorry for tulip I don't know if she is alright but I can see her again soon.

I awoke again at 6am and josh's arm was still around me. I snuggled into him more not knowing what I was doing. He awoke with a start and stared at me. He smiled as he looked down where his arm was. I blushed for some odd reason and he took his arm off of me. He got out of bed and went to go get something. He came back with a bag I got out of bed and opened it. It was a school uniform. I looked at him realizing I was going to school that day. A new school. I hoped tulip was going there too. I wouldn't know anyone if tulip wasn't there. So I am going to school... Great. Just what I need but I may get some friends. 

I grabbed my hairbrush and started to sort out my hair. It was like birds nest. I then grabbed the new clothes and headed downstairs to get changed. It looked horrible. A blue tie and a white polo shirt. I had to wear a navy blue blazer and a gray skirt with blue tights. I looked at my shoes that where shiny and black. I hated this uniform. I stepped out the bathroom to find Josh starring at me. I walked passed him and into the bedroom to put away my pj's. I heard Josh's car start up and was shocked I was going to get driven to school. I got into the car and put my seat belt on. That's when I started to get nervous.

I let my thoughts run wild now and get out of hand. What if they don't like me? I am just scaring myself now. Josh came to a stop outside a house. He got out the car and walked over to the door. Next thing I knew tulip walked out the door. I got out the car and ran up to her. She looked alot better and all the bruises had gone. I gave her a big hug because I knew I had missed her and I wouldn't be the only one there. She got into the car and we started talking. She had a nice owner like me. We  where both scared about going to a new school but we are glad we know each other and we will never fall out.

When we got to school we walking into the main entrance and took a map. The headmaster came to welcome us to the school. I looked at the map confused and lost already. The receptionist said we should get going because school started soon. Me and Tulip walked out into the courtyard. Everyone was starring at us like we where the fresh new toy. All I could see where staircases, ramps and benches. The whole school was navy blue and white. It looked nice and clean but I didn't really like it. I worked out where everyone hung out from different years. The year 7's where in the canteen so no chance of getting a seat.

The first bell rang and we went off to our first lesson English. Me and Tulip stood there in front of the class. It looked like there were 9 girls and 18 boys. Me and Tulip sat down at the back table next to each other we didn't wanna get in trouble so for most of the lesson we sat there in silence. After English we had maths. Tulip was smarter than me in maths so we had different classrooms. I slowly walked into my class sat down and was given a book. I looked around the room to find everyone staring at me. I turned away from there stare and started to write. I could work out which groups where which and I wanted to stay away from them. 

I was walking out of class when a bubbly girl came up to me. She was about 5"3 and had long curls of blond hair. She smiled gave me a note and ran back. The note read ' You stay away from Tulip she's our friend.' Already someone is fighting me for my only friend. I showed Tulip and she looked upset. I walked over to her and placed my arm on her shoulder. She started to cry when I gave her a big hug. School had finished and we walked out to the car and Josh was there waiting for us. Tulip still had tears on her face. She got into the car and so did I. I was glad school was finally over I knew I wouldn't have many friends...
