HAYES POV:
I walk into school and see my crush and I just can't help but stare at her...Her name is Lilah Mendes. (My best friend Shawn's little sister,only by 1 year though.) I'm pretty sure she hasn't figured out that I liked her and hopefully Shawn doesn't find out either...if he did he would kill me. I walk to first period class...Math. Ughhh I hate math right in the morning. I see Lilah come in. I feel myself getting bigger because she was wearing some high waisted acid washed booty shorts and an Obey crop top. She looked at me and we locked eyes.
LILAH'S POV:
I walk into math class and me and Hayes Grier lock eyes. It felt magical but I looked away because I knew it was just a quick glance. I really, really like him..I just don't want my brother to find out. But I'm scared that Hayes wouldn't like me back. I ask if I can be excused and I walk to the bathroom and open my backpack, grab my blade and slowly drag down and across my wrists. I cry until I hear the door open and I quickly go into the stall and wipe my tears. I flush the toilet to pretend I was using the bathroom and I washed my hands and wrists so no one would notice my cuts. I walk back to math. Just then I realised I left my blade in the bathroom. I accidentaly thought out loud and screamed "Shit!" infront of the entire class..I smile in embarassment. Oi Lilah what the hell did I do..I thought to myself. And without asking I run back to the bathroom and grab my blade and luckily it was hidden right next to the trash bin. *Skip until I get on the bus* I get onto the bus and Hayes follows me to my seat. "May I sit next to you?" Hayes says. "Sure...why not" I said and smiled shyly. It was an akward silence until we got off the bus. (We are neighbors)
