(Y/N) P.O.V.

Gon, Killua, and I were all hanging out at Gon's house. We were sitting on the green lawn playing a game.

Heads Up^_^

My short red hair fell over my shoulder as I reached for my card in the pile on the grass. Everyone had on the head thing and had picked their card and put it on.

Gon was an airplane and Killua was a mouse. I of course don't know what I am but we all looked like we where trying not to laugh at each other's cards.

"Ok you go first." Gon looked at me with big sparkling eyes.

"Hee hee hee." Killua was laughing behind his hand.

"And what's so funny?" I asked him with a hint of annoyance in my voice.

"Well I'll give you a hint on what your card is." He said almost ending in a fit of laughter.

I raised an eyebrow in response hoping he would just tell me.

"It's the opposite of you." And there he went laughing on the ground. He looked amazing his laughter ringing blissfully in my ears. Ok I'll admit I have had a small crush on the ex assassin for a while now. Ok it's a big crush so what. But the only reason I know him is because I was friends with Gon before he left the island and when he came back he brought Killua with him. After that I hung out with them both getting closer and that's how I got here.

Gon's eyes widened in response to what Killua said then spoke up. "She's going to kill you when she finds out what it is!"

"So nice, boy, dead, pretty, should I go on?" I counted off on my fingers and looking up as I said the last one.

They both shake their heads saying I was wrong with all my guesses.

"Ok so I should ask my first question then huh. Hmm...am I alive?" Stupid question I know but it narrows down half the cards in the box.

"Gon answered with a no. Then it was Gon's turn who asked if he had legs and Killua and I said no to. Then it was Killua's turn and he asked if he was alive. Just like how I had. But I said yes to him and the game continued this way until I was the only one left.

"Jeez I can't think of what I am." I said frustratingly. So far I had asked if I was alive, if I was something people use every day, if I was a house hold item, if I was kept in the kitchen, and if I was a book. The thing that was throwing me off was that Killua said it was the opposite of me. What did he mean by that?

"I'll give you a hint if you want." Gon asked politely. Just to think, he knew everything, not just what my card was, but also my feelings towards his best friend and everything in between.

"Yes yes yes!!!!!" I need to get a good hint this time.

"You are mainly kept in the garage we have one in ours actually."

"Could I go see!" I said leaning over my crossed legs looking at him with my best puppy eyes.

"Ok ok let's go."

We walked to the garage and I looked around. I saw tools, boxes, pictures, picture frames, fishing rods, and other things scattered all over the garage. I thought hard about what it could be. The only thing that threw me off was when Killua said it was the opposite of me. What did that mean?

Miss Mito walked pass right then and mentioned the ceiling. I left Killua's comment in the back of my head and with the hints I got and came up with an actual idea of what I could be.

"Wait...Am I a Ladder!?"

I asked the two boys if I was right and they both smiled at me and nodded.

Killua's comment came back to mind then I was confused as to how that made sense so I asked.

"Hey Killua why did you say I was the opposite of it I don't get it?"

"Heeheehee>:3 it's because the ladders tall and your not."

KILLUA P.O.V.

When I told her the reason her face dropped into an upset look and she turned and shuffled away back to the house and up the stairs.

"I really thought she would be mad but this is worse."

"Jeez thanks Gon you made me feel a lot better for what I did."

"Well you should go and make her feel better or else you'll have no chance with her what so ever."

Cursing under my breath I made my way up the stairs and to a room that was slightly open. Peaking inside I saw a depressed aura around a small back and....IS THAT MUSHROOMS!?!?!

Cautiously walking towards the figure I poked it's shoulder.

"Heelllloooooooo are you aliiivvvveeeee????"

A muffled reply came from the figure and I sighed. I guess I screwed up.

"Hey I'm sorry I didn't mean to make you all depressed and stuff I was just teasing you."

She turned around and I finally got to have a full view of the face.

"You p-p-promise."

Oh. My. Assassin.

She's sooooo kawaii!!!!

I nodded and held my hand out for her to take which she did.

"Hey can I u-um ask you something?"

Hmm I wonder what she wants to know.

"Ya what is it?"

"D-do you l-like me?"

By this point we where both red a tomato and really shy.

"Uh why d-do you want to know?"

DAMN IT I STUTTERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"U-Uh be-because I uh umm I like you."

She was looking at the ground some of her hair in her face. My eyes grew wide and then went back to normal and I smiled.

"Then in that case will you be my girlfriend?"

(Y/N) P.O.V.

My head snapped up in his direction eyes wide with happiness and surprise.
He....he likes me back?

He likes me back.

HOLY MOTHER OF DOUGHNUTS HE LIKES ME BACK!!!!!!!!!!

A smile appeared on my face as what he said finally registered in my brain. I jumped and hugged him wrapping my arms around his neck as he stumbled back a few steps from the unexpected weight.

I could feel some light strands of hair brush my face as my answer was muffled by his shirt but I'm pretty sure he knew what I meant when I heard him chuckle as he held my back.

When I finally got off we where hand in hand with each other and both smiling like idiots. I open the door and stepped back when I saw Miss Mito and Gon fall to the floor.

"You where listening weren't you~.~" I asked

"Heh heh funny thing is... IT WAS HIS IDEA!!!!" Miss Mito pointed at Gon.

"Uh huh sure it was. I don't really care that just means less to explain."
