"Really, you don't have to attack me that hard!" Diana complained to the new recruit that she had to train. "Oh I am really sorry. I really didn't mean to hit you that hard agent Rigg!" the boy said letting his guard down. Then with a swift move she pinned down to the floor with a slight smirk on her face. "Don't let your guard down recruit. That is your weakness, so I need you to get over the fear of hurting someone. It comes with the job, but you help people in return. Thursday I want to see improvements." She said with a comforting smile and told him he was dismissed. He reminded her of herself when she was first learning, scared to hurt anyone and to have an accident. But she joined for the same reason he did, to help people and to protect America. Diana walked to the lockers took a quick shower and slipped on her skin tight yoga pants and the S.H.I.E.L.D. crew neck and went to the cafeteria for lunch. "Hey, agent Rigg, Dr. Hernandez would like to see you." One of the many assistants to Dr. Hernandez told her. "Not a good time, my stomach is saying pizza." Diana thought in her head but she knew if he asked for her then it was important. *knock knock* "Hello agent, well I went through your file and it seems you didn't give a blood sample. It must have slipped through the nurses while you were doing your physical. Will you please be a doll and give us the sample." He said to her and motioned to the chair that was next to medical tools. "Um, well I already have the job and I don't think my blood will make a difference." She expressed. Diana then noticed annoyance flash through the doctor's face and felt bad for giving him a hard time but she knew she would lose the job. "Okay I am sorry, I'll do it." Diana said in defeat. The whole time that she was thinking about what they would do with the blood, she was worried that they would check the structure of her cells and find out that she isn't normal.
Diana had a set of skills that she develops when she was just a toddler and more kept coming the older she grew. When she was two, her mother Caroline, left her unattended for a moment to cook diner and then with Caroline came back to check on Diana she was not there. "She couldn't have gotten out it is too high." She thought and heard cries coming from the living room where Diana was found. At that moment she developed her teleportation and when she was born she was a healer, meaning that she would heal herself instantly and never was sick a day of her life. Many years went by and now Diana has a collection of powers that include; telekinesis, teleportation, healing, time travel, and telepathy. Her parents have kept this a secret to everyone in the world to protect their beloved daughter. "They won't understand honey. People are afraid of the unknown and not everyone will be like us." Frank told his adopted daughter. At that moment Diana didn't understand until one day when she was messing around in the crops with her telekinesis and their neighbor's kid happen to see her and freaked out and called her a freak, that's when she knew people won't understand. The next morning she woke up to find the mother of the kid in her living room talking about miracles and what happen was from god and how I am a gift. Then my parents did what they do best and protected my real identity and told the woman that her son must have been imagining stuff because I was just running. Diana developed her powers until she turned eighteen and her last gift was telekinesis and that was her favorite power. She remembered that time and knew that she had to somehow get that blood sample back.
Diana left the lab and turned to the window to see there he was storing her little pint of blood. After she realized it is in the back storage room she thought of the place really hard to teleport herself there. Once she was in she looked though all the files and took hers out and then she turned to see her testing tube in the cabinet with all the others. She took it out and flushed her blood down the drain mixed with water. "But he will know it gone. Shit! What do I do?" Diana panicked as she heard someone trying to get into the room. She closed the cabinet and hid behind the file cabinet. "Nope no one here, It must have been an animal or the walls echoing sir." An agent said to the doctor while walking out. She then put the blood of another agent into her testing tube and wiped her finger prints from every place she has previously touched then teleported to her room. "Damn that was a close one." Diana sighed to herself. "Yes it was a close one." Director Fury said behind her. Diana panicked and was standing in her fight stance. She didn't know what to do, the director found out her secret, he saw what she did and she can't deny it. "Director please, you've known me for a long time, don't hurt me." Diana pleaded, she didn't want to hurt him because he was like family but she knew she had to keep herself safe. "I'm not going to hurt you Diana, I already knew. Do you think I would train you and keep you near me if I didn't know? I reached out to your parents and I told them that if it wasn't me then in time Hydra will come and get you. And they wouldn't protect you; you will be an asset, a weapon." Fury said siting down on the edge of her bed. "So trust me, if I was going to hurt you it would have been done a long time ago. I know you just want to help." He said looking he her to see what emotion she had. But Diana held a blank calm stare. She learned from the best, Natasha Romanoff, and he knew that he wouldn't get an emotion out of her. "I trust you. But why do you tell me now?" Diana asked. "Because Agent I have a mission for you, and you are the only Agent that can handle this." He said walking out motioning her to follow him.
"What!? So you want me to baby sit, this is the important mission, not no hydra base or something like that!" Diana said I little mad because she felt she was being treated like a kid. "Don't undermine this mission Agent! This is the Captain we are talking about; I can't just put on ordinary agent out there with no experience and no patience unlike you. I've taken you, Romanoff, Hill, and Barton under my wing and you guys are the only people I trust enough with this job and seeing as all of the others are on missions and you just finished yours, you should take this one. Do it, it's an order agent Rigg!" Fury said as you nodded and walked out of the office to go to your room. "I haven't even eaten yet! Now I have to go get my clothes and go baby sit and grown man." Diana said to herself a little irritated.
Once Diana grabbed all that she needed from her room she headed to meet her team that was going to go with her to this mission. "Alright agents, I will need five of you guys on each wall and one of you guys at the door. This will be a very relaxed mission but that doesn't mean it isn't serious because it is. The only people allowed in are Director Fury, Agent Coulson, and I. That is it just three peoples no more than three. I will be in the room guarding the mission, there will be lunch beaks five people per wall, and then the other five will go if anything goes wrong or if you guys need to tell me anything do it through the earpiece." Diana explained while showing them the layouts. She wasn't allowed to inform them who or what the mission is but they could careless because this is an easy one, or so they thought. "Alright lets movie out!" Diana yelled getting her weapons and her duffle bag. "You never know!" Diana thought to herself as she put a Taser stick in her bag.
"Agent Rigg?" and agent asked through the ear piece. "Yes agent, what do you need?" she asked little sleepy. "I need to go use the restroom but it is my watch shift. Can I go?" the agent asked. "Yeah sure go you have five minutes max." Diana answered the agent. Diana turned her ear piece on mute for a second so the other agents can't hear her. "Why do they have me babysitting you? And why did they have to make this room look like he was still in the forties. When he wakes up I'm sure he will know." Diana said to herself. "Will you wake up if I poke you? Because I really want to go on my phone and search you up but Fury said no phones. Let's see." Diana said then poked him on his side, but nothing he didn't move the slightest bit. So Diana decided to take out her phone and search him up, she knew who he was but didn't know details. She just knew his name, he was a soldier and that he died. Well not anymore because he was alive and breathing. "Agent Rigg, Agent Coulson is here." The agent monitoring the door said. "Let him in. He is on the list." Diana said putting her phone away and rolling her eyes at how fast these rookie agents forget orders. "Sorry about that, they are rookies. What's up, Coulson?" Diana said popping her mouth on the up. "I'm here to fill in for you. Well for five hours, that's what you have." he informed her as she looked at her watch to see it was three in the morning. "Thank god, because I'm so tired I could sleep with my eyes open." Diana said as she walked out the room. She went to a hammock that was laid out for her and fell asleep fast.
