I knew this would happen! I always knew what those boys said was true. They said I was helpless, that I didn't matter and worst of all they said that no one would ever care about me. I couldn't fight back because they all had loving parents and friends, but me? What did I have? Nothing that's what! I don't even know my parents unless you count the ones that just dropped me off at a new orphanage because I was too possessive of my things, can I help it if I'm possessive when I had spent the last 5 years before going there in an orphanage? No? I didn't think so.As I walked through the doors of the new orphanage it looked worse than my last, it had those graffiti gang tags you see on the subway all over the walls and no Christmas tree! I mean yeah they might have taken it down but I doubt a dump like this would take it down before even a week after Christmas. The lady at the counter was dressed like an emo and didn't mind about the fat kid trying to set another kids hair on fire, it was rather ridiculous even for orphanage standards.
After I was registered by my official ex-family I got shown my room by the emo girl, as soon as she left I went to look for a safe place to hide my wallet and my most prized possessions, as soon as I found one and hid my stuff in it I unpacked knowing I would be here a while. I finished unpacking and heard what I thought might have been the dinner bell, luckily it was and I ate a small slice of carrot, yup, a small slice of carrot was the only thing the fat kid didn't steal off me and at that moment I realised how hard these next few years are gonna be.
