Chapter 1- Where's Ash?

Dear Diary,

A normal day. Everyone wakes up, Clemont cooks, me and Bonnie sets up the table. Everyone's up... except for Ash. It's actually normal for that. He ocasionally stays up late training his Pokémon, and sleeps in through the entire morning.

We eat breakfast, talk about stuff, yeah. But Ash still won't wake up. I decided it's time to wake him up. I go to his tent, pull out his blanket, but I saw nothing but pillows. His backpack is gone, too!

I immediately ran to Clemont and Bonnie to tell them that Ash disappeared! Then, I screamed out "CLEMONT, BONNIE!!! ASH DISAPPEARED!!!"

Clemont, then suggested us to split up! He told me that I should stay with Bonnie, and he should go alone.

Clemont went searching in to the mountains, and Me and Bonnie decided to go to the deep forest. We looked for him the entire day!

It was already the afternoon, and we still didn't find him. I started to get worried, but Bonnie and Dedenne cheered me up before I managed to shed a tear. I was glad Bonnie went with me!

Then, I noticed that it was sunset already! We decide to go back. We saw Clemont standing there, battling an Ursaring that tried to take our food! It knocked out all his Pokémon. He starts to throw our food, and we see him walking towards our tents. Me, Bonnie, and Clemont are all frozen in terror.

We are all preparing to run, when we saw a flash of light. When it finally stops, we were all so happy to see Frogadier! We hear Ash's voice, we are basically frozen.

Ash shouts "Hey Ursaring! Stop messing with my friends!"

We saw him walking towards us. This is one of the reasons on why I like him so much! He's just so heroic!

He asks us "Hey, are you okay?"

We all nodded in unison. I blushed, but I didn't think he noticed it. But I do know Bonnie noticed it when she looked at me and nods. I smiled.

Then Ash commanded Frogadier to use Double Team. The Ursaring didn't know what to do, and then Frogadier uses Water Pulse. It was over. Clemont and Bonnie rushed to Ash and thanked him.

Ash ignored them and rushed over to me. He helped me up, but it's the same thing that happened in Summer Camp in Kanto! He puts too much force and we force a hug. This time though, I didn't pull back. Ash pulls back after about 10 seconds. He asked me if I was alright, I said yes.

But before the sun sets over the nearby mountains, he gives me something. It's a leaf crown made from pink beautiful flower petals!

He says "This is what I've been doing the whole day." He scrathes his nose.

I happily accept it, and Bonnie volunteers to put it on my head. "It-It's beautiful." I said.

He asks me "Do you know what's the date today?" Clemont, Bonnie, Pikachu and Frogadier left us alone.

I nodded no. He said "It's February 14! Do you know why that's so special?"

I was speechless, but in my mind, I knew it's Valentine's Day.

Ash said "Serena, I have something to tell you."

I stop him mid-sentence. I told him how I really feel about him. I tell him "Ash! Wait! I have something to tell you. Ever since that incident in Summer camp, I've had the bigggest crush on you. Now, I wanna ask you. What do you feel about me?"

I see Bonnie staring at us from the distance. She gives me a thumbs up, then Ash decides to talk.

He tells me "Serena, I know that you have a crush on me. The truth is, I, too have a crush on you."

He wraps his arms around me.

Then Clemont screams at us, "Hey, it's time for dinner!"

We go there, holding hands, with smiles on our faces.
