Chapter 2- Trouble near Couriway Town!

Dear Diary,

We were going to Snowbelle City, but I never knew that the trip would be THIS long. We decided to settle in for the night.

When I woke up, I realized that it is still 3:00 AM! I tried to get back to sleep, but I couldn't. I tried to go out to get some fresh air, but before I did, I heard grunting noises. I took a peek, and I saw an Ursaring and a Pokémon I've never seen before. I woke up Clemont because I didn't want to interrupt Ash's good sleep, but I see that he is looking outside as well.

He says "Hey, I recognize that Ursaring! That's the same one that tried to take our food!"

I gasped, and Clemont also said that the Pokémon with it was a Drapion. I saw them walking towards us, and Clemont sent out his Luxray. I sent out Braixen, and Clemont told Luxray to use Thunder Fang on the Ursaring.

I tell Braixen "Braixen! Use Flamethrower!"

It's a direct hit, but Luxray missed, and Ursaring has it in a headlock. The Drapion runs away, but I tell Braixen to use Flamethrower on Ursaring. He dodges it. Braixen got tired, so I sent Braixen back to its Pokéball. I woke Ash up, and I told him what happened.

He asks me "Are you alright?!" I nodded a yes.

He rushed over outside and commanded his Pikachu to use Thunderbolt, and then to use Iron Tail on its head. The result was Ursaring gets defeated and runs, but Luxray faints from that battle.

Ash sent out all his Pokémon to help drag Luxray to the nearest Pokémon Center. He told me to go with him, and Clemont volunteers to stay behind and make sure that nothing else attacks.

Ash, his Pokémon, and I saw the gate to Couriway Town, and we bumped into 2 strangers. They look like a couple also. They see Luxray and helped us bring him to the Pokémon Center. While we're waiting, they introduced themselves as Silver and Jade.

The redhead said "I'm Silver and I'm from the Johto region. But when I met Jade, I lived in Sinnoh with her. We're just walking to have a vacation in Snowbelle since Jade doesn't like warm places."

Jade said "Hi there! I'm Jade! Nice to meet you! I used to be a Pokémon trainer, but I decided to just be a cook in a four-star-hotel!"

We were so amazed! Then, I shook her hand. Nurse Joy called us and said that Luxray is now fine. We thanked her, say goodbye to Silver and Jade.

While we went back Ash held my hand the whole trip home. I cheeks were a little bit pinkish. Good thing he did not see that!

When we saw them, the Ursaring was bugging them again, but when it saw Ash's Pikachu, he ran like a Tediursa! Clemont and Bonnie thanked us!Now we head for Snowbelle City!
