~~~Silas~~~
For hours I kept walking and climbing a tree to find my way back to the river, but I just seem to be travelling further and further away from where I was heading. So, I decide to take a break -no point in looking for them if I can't reach the river we were at midday. I should have reached it by now. Only good news is I've not heard that roar since, or seen another creature that could have made it. As I had no food and no small apple left I had to find another way to get food.
Ryder may have been better with his bow than I was but he always had to get used to it first. I, on the other hand, didn't. I don't mean to brag but give me any bow and I can always get near the centre on my first go. So, I go in search of the perfect length of wood for the bow. I soon find one and carve it to the right size, roughly. Then I search for dead plants to make string, which will hopefully be strong enough for me to go hunting. It was about half an hour or so before I had found a decent enough string. I strung my bow and tested it. Seems strong enough, so I look for some pieces of wood suitable for me to make arrows. This is a long process...
I found four pieces, sharpened one end and made a groove on the other end for each of the pieces. As I finished my second, and was about to move to the third, a bird twice the size of a pigeon flew into my view. Bad idea buddy. I take the made arrow and move onto one knee. I position myself and take aim before releasing the arrow -letting it fly straight for the bird, which falls to the ground.
I don't want to think much about the bird as I prepare it before making a fire to cook it. As it is cooking I finish the other two arrows and add the feathers to the end. With an extra bit of string I wrap it round the bow and finish it all off neatly. When the bird was finally cooked, I ate it. It tastes just like chicken and I finished it all. Yes, I was that hungry.
The light in the cave starts to dim, so I try to sleep -but I don't feel safe. I throw a few logs into the fire to keep it going for some hours as I lay my head back against a tree. I may not sleep but I can still rest my eyes.
~~~Ryder~~~

For hours I keep walking. I didn't know where I am going but I know it would be a good idea to check by climbing a tree. But if this is a Labyrinth, I might as well wonder. If I don't know where I'm going how can the Labyrinth confuse my sense of direction?

I know it is going to get dark in a few hours so I find a long stick and set the tip on fire. I then get a slightly longer but thinner stick, sharpen the tip and then hold it in my right hand. I plan on using it as a javelin and I also plan on walking through this forest at night. I have to find someone -even if it's the white dude.

I hear a bush rustle in front of me and I lift the torch to get a better look, only for something to jump out and run away. I throw the 'javelin' in the general direction and walk towards it. I managed to catch something which resembles a rabbit but with huge fangs. It was very awkward to skin it using a sword but I manage and cook it over the fire. I eat half of the animal before storing the rest for tomorrow.

As soon as I had packed, I pick up my sticks and continue to walk in a random direction. It was so much darker now, that my sight was restricted to only about five metres in front of me. I consider stopping for a while but that won't benefit me.

There is no sound now that everything is pitch black now. I put the javelin through my belt behind me and as soon as I am happy it is secure, I draw out my sword and will it to glow like it once did. As soon as Amara started glowing I throw the fire stick down and step on it, putting it out. I wish Amara to go brighter, so I can see about ten metres in front of me, before I set off again. Only then did I notice a huge footprint, it was a huge circle, four feet in diameter and the holes, which I'm assuming was made by the creatures claws, is a foot and a half in diameter and a few feet deep.

I decided to follow. (bad idea really -Silas)

I lied to Silas about our food just to see his face, we do have some left. I'm not sure how long it will take for us to get out of here so I had to eat something. I'm assuming we will find our way out, hopefully. I check I have enough throwing knives in my pockets before I keep walking, holding one of my longer knives in my hand -just in case something jumps out at me. You never know what can come up in a Labyrinth.

As the light starts to fade, the sky goes dark. I look around as I walk, making sure nothing creeps up on me and so I don't miss finding anyone. I take this quiet, alone time to think about everything that has happened.

While I start to think, I instantly remember Ryder and Silas. I can't help but miss the chatterbox and the swordsman here with me and I can just imagine Silas saying as he smiles brightly, 'see, I told you you'd miss me.' But I'd never tell him that, his head will only grow bigger.

"Where are you guys?" I whisper to myself before I hear a shuffling noise in the bushes to my right. I turn in that direction and pull my arms up in defence. Suddenly, a bright red ball of flame shoots out from no where and the bushes erupt in hot flames. I gasp, staring at my palms in shock. How did that happen? I ask myself as I continue to gape at my hands. Oh well, I could eventually use these in the future to help, and I'll need to tell the others when I find them again.
