Chained To You

Chapter 7: Splashes

Once we got home I went quickly upstairs to change. It was a hot sunny day in the middle of summer. I came down the stairs wearing a small skinny top and a pair of shorts. Josh starred at me like I was some sort of beautiful. I walked past Josh and into the kitchen. I grabbed a drink of water and took some sips.  I could feel the cold liquid rolling down my throat which felt amazing and cooled me down almost instantly. I also grabbed some chocolate. I sat on the cream sofa watching TV and eating chocolate. I knew I looked like a pig but who cares at least I can watch the TV in peace without getting shouted at. 

Josh still stood there was now open-mouthed. I walked over and shut it but it wouln't close. I shrugged my shoulders and walked by. I was just entering the kitchen when I heard Josh say something...

"Amazing! You look amazing Amelia. You look like a proper little princess." I smiled and laughed a princess...Me...No way! I walked passed Josh again I could see that he was staring at me but I thought I could see lust in his eyes. He quickly turned away and walked off to go sit near the pool. I sat there thinking about Josh. I couldn't get him out of my mind. I got confused so I decided to go get changed then get into the pool. 

I walked around the pool and took my top off. I had swimmers underneath of course but I could see Josh still staring at me. I smiled because I kinda liked it. When he stared at me I felt pretty, wanted, loved? I ignored the feeling then and was just about to jump in the pool when I felt this foot kick me into the pool. It was Josh and of course he started to laugh so I pulled him in too. He was trying to catch me but I wasn't going to let him win. I swam over to the side of the pool and when he got close I took a deep breath before plunging under into the water and came out behind Josh. We laughed and carried on. 

"come back Amelia. I won't hurt you!" Josh shouted as he tried to swim after me. I giggled and gave up. I was standing there in the pool alone. Suddenly 2 arms draped my body from behind. It was josh's arms. He whispered something into my ear, 'Got you!' I felt tingles and sparks come from every place I could feel his body. I didn't know what to do. He let go off me and got out the pool and probably went upstairs to get changed. I loved living here. It was amazing. I didn't get shouted at and didn't get beaten up. This is way better than home.

I slowly pulled myself up out of the pool and went quietly upstairs to think and get changed. Josh hugged me? No he caught me not hugged me. I sighed happily. How awkward would it be if we loved each other. We are owner and slave and it will be nothing more. Anyway I am dreaming Josh would never fall for a girl like me. I grabbed a top and another pair of shorts and slid them on. I grabbed the hairdryer and plugged it in. I started to dry my hair and brush it will my hairbrush. That's when Josh came back in. His hair was tangled and wet. He dried it with a towel smiled at me and walked out shutting the door behind him. 

When I had finished I packed it away and walked downstairs. There I found Josh standing by the BBQ area. He was cooking on the barbecue. Its smelt Delicious. I walked over to see what he was cooking. I saw sausages, burgers and chicken. My stomach started to hurt. I was so hungry that the smell of food was like poison. 

"I hope you like what I'm cooking." He spoke to me quietly. I nodded and started to stare mouth watering at the food. It smelt lovely. I wanted to eat it all but I did want Josh to have some. I don't want to be greedy. After it was cooked we sat down outside and started to eat. We started to get to know each other better so we decided to ask each other questions. 

"Ok you first 3 questions" Said Josh.

" why do you live on your own? Why did you buy me? and Whats your future goal?" I asked before looking at Josh. He sat there thinking then replied with

"1. I haven't found the right girl yet and my parents died when I was 18, 2. I brought you because I couldn't imagine you getting hurt and I wanted to help you and 3. I wanna live in this house with the perfect girl and sit here watching my kids run around." I smiled at his answer and got up to clean the plates. 

As I washed the plates the phone went off. I left it for Josh but then noticed he couldn't hear it. I picked up the phone and started talking.

"hello?" I spoke being careful.

"Hello I just want to know if Josh was there I need to speak to him." I gave the phone to Josh and walked back inside. I heard Josh shouting down the phone. I could hear him say 'We broke up months ago' and 'no way and I going back out with you.' I left him to it and went upstairs to bed. I snuggled down into the covers and slowly drifted to sleep.
