A darkly dressed person was walking down the street in one of the worst neighborhoods in Gotham City, which is saying a lot. They kept their head down, hood up, walking quickly, carrying a grocery bag.
"Hey, you, whatcha got in the bag?", a man stepped in front of her. "Get out of my way," the dark person said tonelessly.
She's a girl, thought the poorly dressed man, haha, more fun for me, "Why should I? I can take you. You're nothing but a scrawny runt", he laughed.
"Why should you? I can tell you a number of reasons. One, I'm in a bad mood. Two, I'm stronger than I look. And three... your breath stinks, " the person waved her hand in front of her face, comically. "Do you wanna die?!", he shouted, moving so fast you could hear the wind, however, the mysterious girl was faster.
Casually, she moved her head, so his fist went right by her, bringing him close enough for her to swing upwards, punching him in the jaw. He fell to the ground, groaning.
He heard the girl's footsteps walk past him, "You some kind of monster?!" She stopped and turned her head, so she could see him. A moment went by before her head lifted so he could see her eyes that were previously hidden under her hood.
Dark, dangerous purple eyes seemed to look right through him.
"You guessed correctly."
