Chapter 32

Brooklyn still hasn't texted me. We made it to California just a couple hours ago. It's hot here. We still had a couple days to spare so we just went to the beach for a little while and went shopping.

We're in LA so maybe we will see famous people. Maybe we will see the Kardashians. Finley hates the Kardashians. She thinks they're fake. Oh and the Jenners.

"Hey Jess. I'm hungry. Let's get something to eat." Zac says while holding Fins hand. Those two are so cute.

"Okay. Let's go to In n Out Burger." I say while texting the 7 jockateers. They ran off when we got to the beach. Damn boys. 

"Off to get food!" Zac yells while pointing his finger in the air.

"Yay!" I say while Fin and I do a happy dance. We're weird. Deal with it. The boys came and joined in on our happy dance.

Matts hat fell off and while we were dancing someone gave us $3. Maybe we should just stay in LA and make money by dancing on the streets. We continued to do a happy dance until Jake saw that we had $20 so we stopped and decided to buy lunch.

After lunch we said goodbye to Jake.

"Bye my J-Dog!"

"Bye my J-Dawg! I'll miss you most."

"No I'll miss you most. You're my only real brother. And you're only 16. I don't want you to be in a different state as me. Please don't go. Come to Oregon with us. Pretty please." I tell him. He's my baby brother it's sad to see him go.

"Do I have a lacrosse scholarship in Oregon? No I don't. I have one in San Diego. I promise when the scholarship is up I'll stay with you in Oregon. Okay."

"Okay. But you have to pinky swear. Okay."

"I pinky swear!" I gave Jake one last hug and he went in his car. He put his top down so he can talk to us.

"I'll see all of you guys in Oregon once my scholarship is up okay."

"Okay!" We all said. But Matt had a different idea.

"Hey if you see some hot beach babes don't give them your number. Give them mine!"

"Matt stop it." We all said one final bye to Jake and he drove off.

"Come on. We have a long drive." I say sadly and get in my car.

I'm really going to miss Jake. He is my brother. My best friend. The one I go to if I'm hurt. He is my everything. I really love my baby brother despite what I say to him. I'll always love him.

We drive non stop until it was 9:30. We decided to call it a night and get a hotel room. We just settled on one since it's really expensive here. It was Fin and I in one bed. Jet and Zac in the other bed. Matt on the floor in between the two beds. Kyle in front of the tv on the floor. And David on the floor on the right side (if your looking at the bed.) of Jet and Zac's bed.

We all slept comfortably. And we all woke up at about the same time. We decided to have breakfast and then leave. We were so close to Disneyland but we didn't have that much money. Now we are in Redding, California. It's really pretty. But I just saw some dude put a needle in his arm and then give it to someone else so yeah we need to get out of here fast.

We made it to the freeway and drove 8 hours until we reached Eugene, Oregon. Home of the Oregon Ducks. Finally we are here. We drove to where are sorority and fraternity houses were and saw that the boys was right across the street from ours. Well I guess I'll go in there and meet the head sorority.
