It was a chilly December night. The ground was covered by blankets of soft snow. Snowflakes constantly fell down on the grounds of a big beautiful mansion. The garden flowers were frozen, making them stay frozen as buds, and the fountain waters were glazed over with ice.
In said mansion there was a family of purebloods. The Kurgan family. The most influential family in history. Long ago, this pure blood family ruled over the Tirs and Asinis Race, two different types of vampires. However, after war that took their parents, Haruka and Juri Kuran broke the anarchy, creating The Vampire Council, or the Senate. Anyways, Haruka and Juri were living with their ancestor, Kaname Kuran who took the form of a young boy. The two purebloods knew that Kaname was their ancestor, but they took him in anyways, after all he did take the form of their biological son that their evil brother Rido sacrificed, whose name was also Kaname.
Juri was currently giving birth to her daughters, she had twins, but for some reason one twin wasn't ready to come out of the uterus. The doctors decided that the baby was not yet fully formed, so they only touched the fully formed one. The doctors pulled out a pale baby girl who cried endlessly. The little girl had her mother's hair color, but her father's straightness, and she had her mother's dark eyes. The little girl cried endlessly and Juri had to rock her to silence the baby.
