As humans we crave attention
And you supply me with enough to sustain the whole continent of Asia
You tell me I'm so astonishing
You tell me I put the brightest star to shame
You tell me you want to hold me and watch scary movies with the lights off
and burry our faces into each others shoulder when the horror becomes too much
You tell me that I'm sexy, that you want to kiss me
You've talked of sex, but claim to be joking
Then you tell me about the ring on your finger
How it shows of your promise to God
Despite the fact you've gone farther than a kiss before
You tell me how it doesn't matter tough, that sex with me would not count any way
Just because Im lacking a penis
And you become angry with me when I don't respond to your flirtatious text message immediately
I've made you cry and you've made me want to throw my phone against the wall
just to escape the conversations at 3 a.m.
But you provide me with the attention I so desperately crave for
And it's been so long, I don't know if it's you I like
Or the attention I love
That makes me keep coming back

You or the attention
RandomJust a quick, sloppy poem about a girl. If you could give me opinions that'd be great:)
