I was walking down the road to my house when I heard a weird noise so I took my headphones out and listened again but didn't hear it again so I put one in and just as I was about to put the other one in I heard it again but even louder.
So I walked to where I thought I heard it and seen a man and a horse, the horse was tied to a pole while the man hitting him over and over again leaving huge open cuts.
I run and crawled though the fence really quickly "what are you doing"
I yelled at the man,he looked at me with a deathly glare "what dose it look like I'm doing I'm teaching this worthless animal a lesson" he said while whipping the horse again "STOP!!" I yelled while running in front of the horse just as he whipped his whip again so it struck me instead "I'll take him"I yelled,"what" the man said."I said I'll take him"
"Sorry lady the meat trucks coming to pick him up tomorrow"
"You do know I can report this as animal abuse and get you thrown in jail"I replied and honesty you should have seen his face when I said jail
"Ok what ever take the dam horse, but its your funeral"."Well your not dead yet so he can't be that bad"I said while glaring at him,I started walking towards the horse"hey boy" I said while coming up to his side, the whites of his eye showed and he scooted in the other direction while grunting in pain while doing so,so I took it slowly and walked slowly and after twenty minutes finally settle my hand on his shaky neck"it's ok boy nobody will ever hurt you again if I have something to do about it"
So I tested him out and walked him a bit to make sure there wasn't so much damage that he wouldn't be able to walk and his legs looked fine just all the cuts and whip marks on his back looked nasty I would have to put some ointment on them when we got back to my house.
But all the time we spent walking back home o was thinking of names for this beautifully broken horse but nothing seems to have stuck so I just hung off on the name thing for now.
