 ~ PREFACE~

All my life I've heard the saying "Beauty is Only Skin Deep". If this is true why are all of the other kids at school jerks to me because of what I wear? At Torez High School your are either it or your not. You dont get measured on you sweetness or personality, it all about the things you have and the way you come into a room. Growing up I was never a popular child and I guess that trait followed me to high school.

I'm Miranda Scene, I have no parents, one sister that I dont talk to anymore,  and my best friend, Emily. If you think this is just another sob story, your wrong. My life is complex and original, but its like others. I live a life that some teens have. I have friends, a pet, school, and a crush. I might be a freak, but whats wrong with that......?
