Julia and Matt

First day back

It was the first day of school and I already knew this year would be dreadful for me considering all the AP classes I am taking this year, AND GYM CLASS oh how I wish I did not have gym class. I remember 6th grade we would play dodge ball and the boys would always throw their balls at me as hard as they could. Gosh guys are so rude, but hopefully this year will not be like 6th grade was.

Walking into the high school I went to the list on the front office door to find my locker.

After I got my locker number I went to the Commons to find my locker located right near the boys bathroom, YUCK!  Once I put my locker stuff in my locker, I then checked the time and noticed I needed to head down to gym class. As I was walking down sarah joined me (one of my good friends).

The first day of gym was actually VERY boring, it consisted of reading the new DUMB handbook rules and the coaches class rules.

Second period was English and oh my gosh it was horrible. I was one of the first people to English, and the only people I saw walking in were people that I honestly can't stand. But then Matt walked in and I couldn't help but stare, I hope he did not notice because he sat on the right side of me next to his friend Ben. Then Abby walked in and sat next to me.
When she sat down she said "I see your checking out Matt." After she said that I smiled big but then the teacher walked in so we could not finish our conversation.

Lunch
I walked up to my BIG group of friends who already had 3 tables set up together so we could all sit together. I sat down next to Sarah, Chris, Ashley, Megan and Hillary. I waited about 10 minutes for the microwave room to cool down so I could actually heat up my burger my mom had packed me today OOOH YUMM.

when I got to the microwave room I saw Matt and he smiled at me so I smiled back.  I got a plate and put my burger in for about 45 seconds.

After my burger finished in the microwave I was about to go get my burger and then Matt went to heat his ham and cheese hot pocket and we both bumped into each other. just as I was about to say sorry he spoke "oh my gosh Julia I'm so sorry." I began to smile and said "it's ok"

Theater
my third period had to be the most interesting class so far. Although there were some scary looking people in my theater class it was very funny. That class went by pretty fast and so far was my favorite class

History
And last period is history. I don't mind the class because I have Hillary,Abby, Ashley, and then there is Matt he is in my last class of the day. Now that I think about it he is in 3 of my classes all except theater. I could tell his semester was going to be quite interesting. As class started we were assigned homework on the first day of school. Which was really DUMB!!! Honestly I hate this class with a passion already but at least I have my friends to keep me sane.

3:15
The bell rang at 3:15 which is when school is let out. I was heading down to my locker when I saw Sarah And we walked to our lockers. Talking to Sarah about our days she signaled to me and I awkwardly turned around to see Matt looking at me. Not wanting to freak him out I smiled and then shut my locker and walked outside and met my group of friends.

While I was talking to Alex and everyone else I felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned around and saw Matt, I did not know what to say when he handed me my History book that I had left on top of my locker while I was talking to sarah. I smiled at him and then told him thanks. He replied with a simple "you're welcome." Then he saw his car and for some reason gave me a hug and then said goodbye. Although I did not mind the hug it was unexpected. When I turned around to my group of friends they all were looking at me. Like the JULIA YOU AND MATT face.

That's when Ashley spoke up and said "ooooh do you have a thing going on with him?" She had a smirk on her face. I honestly knew we had nothing I mean he was just being friendly. I told them "no." and then about 10 minutes later my mom arrived and I told my friends bye and then went home.
