Chapter 26 Suprises

The next day we were sitting at the table eating lunch when Chelsea got a phone call her face turn to scared she answered the call and went to the next room.

Me and Joshua just stared at each other like what was that all about then I remembered the nurse suppose to call and tell her when the surgery suppose to be.

"Who could that be?" Joshua asked concern.

"I think it could be the nurse to tell her when her surgery is." I looked up at Joshua nervously.

Then she came back into the room with blood shot tears in her eyes.

"What's wrong who was that?" I asked concern.

"It was the nurse she said that Monday at 8am is my surgery I got to be there at 6:30am. To get prep for surgery.

"Oh my everything is going to be okay I know it will be." I said trying to cheer her up.

She just nod her head and went back to eating.

Later that day I was looking at the calendar and writing down Chelsea's surgery Monday. All I could think about was she has two days to have fun and not worry till she has to have surgery and be in pain.

So I came up with an idea to cheer Chelsea up for the next two days and get her mind off the surgery.

The next day I got up early to and got ready after I was finished getting ready I went to Chelsea's room and got her up and told her to get dressed that we had errands to run.

After waiting thirty minutes for Her to get ready we left the house I drove us to McDonald's to stop and get some breakfast to eat. Soon after we were done we left.

She kept eyeing me in confusion like where in the hell are you taking me, but what she doesn't know is that where we are going and what she will see will shock her.

We drove for about two hours to get to the mall once we got there we went straight for the spa and we got our many petty done.

Once we were finished I paid for us and then we went looking around the mall I had to keep her distracted for at least two more hours for her surprise.

We went into a couple of stores and got some cute clothes and then we stopped by the baby store and looked at some cute clothes.

"Now why you take me to the mall again I thought we were going to just run errands?" She looked at me confused.

"Oh I just figured it be nice for us to have a girls day out for us you know." I looked at her smiling and then back at the cute little dress I saw.

She just nodded her head and walked around the store for a bit. Once we were done looking we picked 5 cute outfits for the girls to wear when they get older.

We left the store and went walking around for another hour, when I looked at the time I noticed it was lunch time and hopefully by the time we eat I can take Chelsea to her big surprise.

"Hey you getting hungry yet?" I looked at her and then back at my phone.

"Yea actually what you up for?" She looked at me.

"Anything really want some Chines food?" I put my phone in my purse and then looked up to see where the food court is.

"Sure sounds yummy." She said laughing.

We ordered our food and went to go sit down at the table I sat and watched all the bags while Chelsea waited for our food.

I was sitting there looking at the cute baby clothes I got when I heard a familiar voice. I looked up to see no other then Elizabeth great couldn't this get any better maybe she won't come near me since what happen last time.
