Chapter 5

~Alex's POV~

I can't believe we are on our way to get Leo! After we had met at the yogurt place I had like a little crush on him. He was so cute and he just seemed like a cool guy. Lets just hope that when we eat he doesn't care that I pig out when I eat.

"Alright ima go out and get him real quick. Be right back." Nic said.

Once he left I couldn't help but feel nervous.
"Jessica you have no idea how nervous I am right now!"

"Dude how do you think I feel with Nic around like on my gosh !"

"I am extremely nervous what if he doesn't like me?"

"Alex how could he possibly not like you? Your awesome and if he doesn't then it's his loss. Plus doesn't this feel like a double date? I hope Nic feels the same that I feel for him. Plus I'm pretty sure you and Leo are meant for each other. You could see it when you guys had met the other day."

"Oh yea right more like you and Nic! But shh they're coming."

And with that they had came into the car. Nic sat in the front with Jessica and Leo sat right next to me.

"So hey. You guys remember my friend Leo right? "

"Oh yea... Hey nice seeing you again." I just smiled and so did he.

"Same here beautiful." I couldn't help but blush and I looked at the rear view mirror and saw Jessica trying so hard not to explode at what he just told me.

~Leo's POV~

When I got in the car I noticed that Alex was in the back seat. I couldn't help but smile to myself just seeing her. She was literally the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. I may or may not have developed a little crush on her since the first day I met her.

As we arrived to the buffet we decided to sit in a booth. It was Jessica and Nic on one side of the booth and me and Alex on the other. We all had gotten up to get our food and I'm pretty sure I got the most food. When I went to sit down I was so surprised to see that Alex got more food then me.

"Oh and by the way Alex loves to eat. So warning in case some of your food goes missing." Jessica started to laugh at what she had just said.

"Whatever Jess just because you're jealous that you don't have my special talent of eating a lot."

"Just like how your jealous of my amazing burps huh?" They both started laughing and me and Nic looked at each other and smiled.

After the buffet we decided to go for a little walk around the stores they have.

"So tell me about yourself Alex."

"Well what do you want to know?"

"Absolutely everything. Or anything you want to tell me. I would love to learn more about you."

"If you want to know more about her then why don't you just ask her out in a date?" Jessica said with most biggest smirk on her face.

"Jess!" Alex was blushing and looked embarrassed.

"What I'm just speaking my mind. But it's true!"

"That's very true. Thanks Jessica for the idea. So how about it Alex? Would you like to go on a date with me right now?" I asked for right now because I know how much Nic likes Jessica and I want them to be alone.

~Alex's POV~

"Right now? What about Nic and Jessica?" I looked at Jessica and she gave me the look as to say just go.

"Go ahead ill be fine Nic and I are probably just gonna go home anyways."

"Or we can go on a date of our own?" Nic asked her so sneakily and I looked at him and give him the look of approval.

"Well in that case yea I would love to go on a date with you!" I couldn't help but smile and blush about what's about to happen.

"Really? That's great! Well were off now see you guys later" Leo said as we walked off.

I'm so excited for what's about to happen.

~Jessica's POV~

After they left I looked at Nic in utter shock.

"Did you just ask me to go on a date with you?"

"Uhm... Well yea but you don't have to its perfectly fine." He looked so nervous and I couldn't help but giggle at his cuteness.

"Of course I would! Took you long enough!" He looked at me weirdly.

"You were waiting?" He asked curiously.

"Well yea ever since I first met you I had like a little crush on you but I didn't know if you felt the same way so I just played along." I looked down embarrassed and shyly.

"Really? I felt the same way I jut didn't know if you felt the same for me as I did for you. But now I'm glad you feel the same." He hugged me which felt really good like if his arms fit perfectly around me as if they were meant to be for me.

And with that our date began!

~ Nic's POV ~

I can't believe she actually said yes to going on a date with me! Apparently we both been feeling the same for each other but never realized it until now.

"So where do you want to go?"

"Well I heard there was a little carnival going on a few blocks down. Do you want to go ?" I though it was the perfect idea. I was going to suggest it if she didn't have anywhere she wanted to go but I'm glad she brought it up.

"Sounds perfect!" I intertwined our fingers and lead her to the carnival.

I'm so sorry guys for not updating sooner. school has been very stressful and having softball practice and games has been so much to deal with but I will try to update as soon as I possibly can!
