Seven years since they've seen each other. Seven years since they've laughed with enjoyment, cried within happiness, and smiled with delight. Seven years since they were themselves-- like, really themselves. They loved each other with kindness and respect, with a growing passion of love for the two of them-- almost like family but then again; they both mean more than that.
Charles and Alexandria did everything together, and when the word everything is used in their situation? It means, everything. They stayed up until God knows how long, late-night talks along with the occasional bubbles of giddy giggles and cackles, cheeks flushed with crimson-coloured aching-smile features and bodies feeling so soft, so warm once being so close, being so... So, them. You know? Being together just meant the world to one another, to have them grow up side-by-side, be... Connected, you could say.
When Alex turned eighteen, and Charlie nineteen, they seemed to have matured within their heads; mentally and physically too. They had these deepened feelings they've never had before, felt things they wouldn't have as such young children. So, like any other teenage girl would, she confronts the man on her deepened, widened love... Secrets, what seemingly she's been keeping to herself for a while. But of course, this is real life. And real life sucks; doesn't it? Like, first off, it's real and then... Things always go to pot, yeah? So that's what happened here, and somewhat, somehow... They, disconnect. For a while.
Could these feelings, this friendship occur once again? That is, if they find one another some time, somewhere Probably not, the world is too large for friendly-relationships like theirs; all innocent, all soft and lovey. Maybe, just this one time, reality will be nice to them and let the two... Reconnect?
