Chapter 7 : Help

Feferi remained speechless. Once again you had to explain the whole situation, and her reaction was close to your own and Karkat's one. Even if she didn't said a word, you could read it on her face. She bit her lips as you finished your explanations, gaze turning to the ground. An awkward silence filled the room afterward, until she eventually spoke up.

"So... Eridan got krilled and we're pretty much about to die too?"

"Ff..."

"Yeah, sorry. It is not really a time for fishpuns, right?"

She forced a smile, which you barely returned. She sighed and walked back to the door.

"I'm going to warn the others. You're coming too?"

"Yeah... Go ahead. I'll join you thoon."

She nodded quietly in response, and you slightly waved your hand at her as she left. Now sliding your hands over the keyboard of your computer, you let yourself drift in your thoughts again. It is incredibly quiet around you. Though, your headache is still there and the voices are murmuring things in your head. You try to ignore them. If anyone else is going to die, you don't want to hear it. You don't want to-

"Help me..."

A faint whisper catch your attention. This one is almost imperceivable, and definitely not part of the voices. It feels like someone was right next to your ear, lips almost brushing against your skin, saying those two world as low as possible. Like if they was fearing anyone else would hear them.

Your computer screen started doing weird things again. Slowly changing until it showed the same two words you just heard, in glitchy violet letters. You starred at them an instant, quirking an eyebrow.

"Ed? Ith that you?"

The screen went back to normal, and their was another whisper at your ear, sending shivers down your spine.

"...Help me sol..."
