He Fixed my Broken Heart

No one knew I was broken. Nobody knew how much I'm hurting.

I smiled and laughed to show them I'm fine.

I pretended so good, I almost fooled myself 'I'm okay'.

But I'm not. Absolutely not.

A void keeps on growing deep within me.

An emptiness I thought nobody can ever fill.

Pain is its friend.

And they made me cry without tears; made me scream without voice; made me sink into the nothingness I believed I'm destined to go to.

My heart was cut to its deepest, the wounds are tormenting me. The hurt burning.

I'm restless. I'm hopeless. I felt like dying.

That's when He found me.

He reached out His hand and said 'Trust me'.

And now, the void is filled with laughter and music.

He pushed Pain away and made me cry with so much joy in my heart, unspeakable.

My heart was healed up to its very end. Not even a scar was left traceable.

I'm peaceful. I'm hopeful. And I live life.

He loved me despite of who I am.

He changed the old me to be the best I can be.

He fixed my broken heart.

I'm in love with Him.

And His name is JESUS.
