Kyky's POV

I could hear her words in my head, I could also hear my own. What have I done, what was with my dream, what was going on? So many thoughts went through my head and it was all to much, my life is a mess. I just want Avery to be fine, and Andor to leave, and Mikaela to have not done that. Why is God shitting on me, and Avery, and JUST WHY?!

I finished my interview with the police and told Luna to come get me if Avery wakes up. I just sat back down on my chair bed, with no intentions of sleeping. I pulled out my phone and checked my messages. I had one from my friend Brook, she didn't live with us, but she was still part of the mintubers.

B: Hey what's up? I heard Avery's in the hospital, what happened?

I didn't answer, I just closed my phone and took a deep breath. Taking a moment to think, I just waited. Soon Luna came to get me and told me Avery was awake. I hopped up and held her blanket all the way to the hospital room. When the doctor opened the door he told me to be calm because she still needed rest. I looked over at her again before speaking to her. The wires and casts, the tubes feeding her medicine, she was broken for real this time.

I started walking closer and when she noticed me, her eyes lit up. "Kyky!" She said excitedly, but her voice was so strained. I just smiled, smiled like an idiot. She's not dead. I gave her a hug and started crying. "You're okay?" I asked. She looked at her broken arm and leg. "I mean... I kind of got hit by a car..." She said and we both laughed. "I missed you." I smiled at her. She let a tear slip from her eye, but suddenly someone bursts through the door. "Andor?!?" Avery said confused. I turned around to see the boy, tears streaming from his face, black eyes, and a broken wing.
