Chapter 8 - #Stott Cover Story

Smith's POV
After Storm's performance we called it a day and decided we would go home for a well earned rest. We all went back to Storm and Trott's apartment seeing as they had the biggest one and we sat around catching up still and chatting about work. It was nice to see Storm back in her place, sat beside Trott. Now I was the lonely one. Again. Oh well. I'll find someone eventually. If I've learned anything from this it's to never lose hope. "So when will you guys be explaining all this to the fans?" I asked Storm and Trott. The fans thought Storm had left the Yogscast and they thought Trott was still with Katie.

"I don't know. I need a good cover story or something," Storm said.

"We can help!" Tess exclaimed happily.

"Yeah just say...... You went travelling or something," Ross said backing up Tess.

"Yeah like Ross said. I guess technically it isn't full lies as you did travel, just realms and not countries," I added.

Storm smiled. "Well that's one thing sorted, now it's your turn Trott. We need a cover story for Katie going and me coming back," Storm said looking to Trott.

He rubbed his head and frowned. "I'm probably just going to say that Katie moved away and we didn't want to do long distance relationship," Trott said calmly.

"Yeah and that's when I'll say I'm back with you, simple. I'll need to borrow Trott for it and actually I want him for the whole day. If that's alright with you two," Storm said motioning to me and Ross.

"It's fine, Smith can do some extra work seeing as it's always me and Trott doing extra," Ross joked. That wasn't 100% true but it was true that I was the more laid back person of our trio.

"It's fine sis, you can rent the walrus for the day," I said making Trott laugh.

"So you rent me off to people in return for what? Money? Jolly ranchers?" Trott said.

I laughed, "actually thanks for the idea Trott. Get me a packet of Jolly Ranchers and some Kinder for Ross and you can have him," I said jokingly making myself, Ross and Trott chuckle slightly.

"You boys are so silly sometimes," Tess said.

"Yeah but you forget we're all kinda related in a way," I retorted making Tess stick her tongue out at me.

We finished our conversation before Storm ordered Pizza for us all. I went and collected it from Dominoes (other pizza places available) and when I got back to the apartment everyone was huddled in front of the TV. "We are watching a horror movie if you like it or not," Storm said as she flicked through the horrors on the website we use. I laughed and passed the pizzas round as I joined them all on the sofa. We all knew how Storm loved horrors and that we would never win an argument with her over whether we should watch them or not. She probably missed watching them as she lived her own horror story. "So we can either do a ring Marathon orrrr we could watchhhh Unfriended," Storm said.

"Whichever is least scary," Trott said.

Poor guy wasn't good with this stuff and was now dating the person who would literally watch them every night. "Well Unfriended it is then," she said pressing play. We sat back as we munched through the pizzas. I smiled as I saw Trott huddle closer to Storm hiding behind her slightly.

"Trott stop being a pussy," I joked. He faked a smile before Storm kissed him and let him hide behind her reassuring him, she hadn't forgot how much Trott hated horrors.

"Can't be as bad as Tusk tho Trott," Ross said as Tess and him tried to hide behind one another. I laughed at them all.

"You're all wimps," I said.
